Negative experience: Absolutely useless. I message 3 times with my contact details on Idealista. I can see the messages have been read. But I have ZERO contact. Hopeless and go bankrupt

Negative experience: Very bad. Outrageous prices, far above the market rate. They have apartments for sale for €100,000 in the worst neighborhoods of the city... A real estate agency designed to deceive foreigners. EDIT Due to the threat, I feel compelled to respond. First of all, the price can also be a reason to leave a review, not just the service. If, for example, I go to a café and they charge me €7 for a coffee, I am free to say so even if the service is good. One does not exclude the other. Obviously, price is not the only factor (there are more) but it can also be one. I invite you to look at the reviews of other businesses (hotels, restaurants...) to see how there are many reviews that also rate the price, not just the service. On the other hand, I wonder how many people have been pressured through threats to delete comments... If all businesses applied these policies, what credibility would the reviews and opinions of people have? How do we know if we can trust a business that threatens to sue at the slightest provocation?

Negative experience: I do not advise you to communicate with Enrique, an optional employee, after promising me to buy an apartment, he simply disappeared and does not answer.

Negative experience: I purchased several flats in various cities in Spain, and I must say that Inmoestar is the worst real estate agency I have ever dealt with. I had the unfortunate experience of working with them on two separate occasions, and they managed to mess up both of them. During the first encounter, I sent a message to the agent a few minutes before our scheduled appointment, informing him that I would be five minutes late. He casually mentioned that he wasn't planning on attending our appointment at all, as the owner of the flat had gone on vacation days before and hadn't provided him with the keys. It was extremely unprofessional of him not to notify me in advance, and he seemed completely unconcerned about wasting my time. He could have canceled our appointment well in advance, but he chose not to do so. To somewhat compensate for their unprofessional behavior, the agent contacted me about a month later (on a Thursday afternoon) with a supposedly exclusive offer in Alicante. He claimed that they were presenting this exceptional deal to previous clients before listing the flat online. However, I later discovered that the flat was also listed on Idealista, so his claim was a lie. The property interested me, but since I live in Barcelona, I had to fly to Alicante specifically to visit it. I explicitly told the agent, "I am purchasing flight tickets, and I will be there next Monday. I can arrive in Alicante around 13:00. I am coming solely to view this flat, so please understand my level of commitment. I expect the same level of dedication from you. Please confirm that you won't show the flat to other buyers. If you plan to do so, I will not come." He assured me, "No problem, I will honor my word and not show the flat to anyone else. You will be the first to visit it." However, dealing with Inmoestar, their "no problem" actually meant "HUGE PROBLEM." On the following Monday, just 15 minutes before our meeting, the agent rescheduled our visit from 13:00 to 17:00. When we finally met at 17:00, he didn't have the keys to the flat, and he couldn't even contact the owner. It was the end of August, and Alicante was scorching at nearly 40 degrees Celsius. We ended up waiting for over an hour and a half until the owner arrived with the keys, displaying an extremely unpleasant mood. Despite the inconvenience, the flat appeared satisfactory, and we made an offer. However, the day after submitting our offer, the agent regretfully informed us that they couldn't sell the flat due to an outstanding debt associated with it. We proposed taking on the debt, the agent probably didn't expect us to skip his cheap excuse and simply disappeared, abruptly ending the conversation and never answering our calls again. I was furious, but unfortunately, there is no feasible way to report their deceitful behavior. I traveled all the way from Barcelona to Alicante solely because they enticed me with this "special deal." However, it's highly likely that the flat had already been sold just before my visit, and they lacked a legitimate excuse for such unprofessional conduct. If you value your time and money, I implore you to steer clear of this agency. They are nothing more than amateurs.

Negative experience: I got a fast answer from Enrique concerning the flat I liked. First he tried to put my interest into the different, way worse object. After I refused, he promised to show me the apartment I chose, but after he just disappeared and never answer me again. I don't know what is this - bad intention or leak of the professionalism, but anyway I would rather not deal with this agency.
