Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with this agency. After booking a property for purchase, they took several days to deliver the simple note. After about 10 days, they sent me the note and it stated that the property had judicial liens due to unpaid debts from the seller. When I presented it to the bank that had approved my mortgage, they told me they could not endorse the purchase of a flat with those judicial instances. In response to this, I requested to cancel the operation to the advisor, Sergio, and he told me that this was not possible because I had already signed a purchase commitment and that if I canceled the operation, I would lose the €5,000 deposit, as the owners were not obligated to return the money I had transferred to the real estate agency, not to the owners. I requested to speak with a manager and was contacted by Ignacio, who in a very rude manner told me that the property could be sold and that it was my problem if I decided to cancel the operation and lose the deposit. I had to file a complaint to request the return of my money and go through almost two months of anguish and uncertainty until I finally managed to recover the money with lawyers involved. They are a bunch of crooks, unprofessional and scammers.

Negative experience: CAUTION - Sale posting on TABARCA 6 street! A real NIGHTMARE experienced with these INCOMPETENTS. I signed for an apartment at the indicated address. When I later received the simple note, it showed multiple debts and a lien request. As the days passed, the real estate agency and the seller did not provide the necessary documents to proceed with the public deed on the established date. On the contrary, I received multiple threats from Ignacio and Sergio to pay the commissions, but the papers continued to be missing. Two days before the deed was to be signed, the real estate agency informed me that the seller was postponing the operation because they had nowhere to go to live, and they committed to present the documentation on the new stipulated date, which coincided with the deadline for the earnest money contract. Due to the lack of response from Núcleo, I had to send a burofax demanding the presentation of the pending documentation. When the moment arrived, they also did not present the papers, and at the notary, they began to confront me not to claim the double payment of earnest money, indicating insolvency and commenting that they had already used part of the money I gave them to pay debts. According to the contract, my money was to be held by Núcleo until the date of the public deed. In fear of losing my money, I claimed its return within 5 working days after the cancellation of the earnest money contract, through a new commitment signed by the parties and by Núcleo, in exchange for concluding this whole problem. After those 5 days, they had also not credited the €11,000 that I had transferred to Núcleo, which was only deposited into my account three days later (representing a total of 3 months of suffering). In parallel, I saw the property posted again, just 10 days after the operation was canceled due to the seller's breach. CAUTION WITH THIS MECHANISM BY NÚCLEO. I wish no one the CALVARY that they have made me go through. As ADDITIONAL information, this real estate agency CHARGES 10% IN COMMISSIONS, split between the seller and buyer, when any other agency charges between 5 and 7% in total. Anyone who wishes can contact me to provide all the documentation that supports my claim. To conclude, a week after they credited my money, I received a call from a law firm, indicating that Núcleo has asked me to remove this review for "defamatory content" in exchange for not initiating actions against me. That was the last thing they needed!! They will have to bear the costs of my lawyers and the damages they continue to cause me, shameless!

Fantastic experience: The treatment I had with Kevin was excellent, he is a very attentive guy and very good at his job. While being serious, he also has his moments of humor which adds a lot, don’t lose someone like him because he is very committed to his work, I recommend that he be rewarded as best as possible for his great work.
