They are scammers. The incompetence of this company is outrageous. Terrible treatment and even worse customer service. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS AGENCY!!

Negative experience: Hello, good morning everyone, I bought a house with them and it turns out that at the time of the visit, they told me there are tenants and not to worry because when I buy the house it will be empty, but it turns out that it is not the case. They told me not to worry because they would leave in two months and would pay me the rent for those months, and it turns out I am still waiting for the people in the apartment to leave and for them to pay me the rent. If you buy an apartment with tenants, don't do it because the real estate agents simply wash their hands of the matter after collecting their commission.

Negative experience: Finally today I got rid of them! Owners, RUN AWAY FROM THIS REAL ESTATE like the plague! This review is not for an office because I don’t know which one handled my case… it’s for the company Alquiler Protegido in general. I am the owner of an apartment that I delivered to them in 2021, freshly renovated, and since then I have regretted it every day. They have given me nothing but problems. The poor tenant is a charm and honest.. but they... are supposed to take care of me and they have given me all kinds of problems. They took 3 months to rent a gem of an apartment 100 meters from the metro and newly renovated, a certain Sandra, who I believe doesn’t work there anymore, told me she was very busy doing inventory and that’s why they were delayed. What a disgrace. If I could, I would resolve the contract at that very moment.. they eventually rented it out but actually rented it at a very low price, but since I was already losing money I said yes, the first month they paid me late, they said it was a bank error, in two years this has happened several times and it’s always the bank’s fault... they make mistakes in the calculation of the revaluation by CPI, you don’t know who to talk to because every time someone different calls you, who never knows anything... they always tell you they will check it. You also don’t have an email because they write to you from one called Info or from a supposed customer service department.. administrative errors like sending me extra money because of their mistake when I told them to cancel before charging it actively and passively and they start demanding it back as if I were a delinquent.. a disgrace. These gentlemen are neither professionals nor do I think they know how a serious company works. I give one star because you can’t give less... and I’m not one to write meaningless reviews because I know they are important for businesses. But I think this needs to be known.

Negative experience: A bunch of scammers, when you take the apartment everything seems great, but once you want to leave, they try to add expenses to take most of your deposit without having signed anything at all. They charge you increases in penalties without authorization or signature, and they don’t change the utilities for months. When you try to collect those bills, nothing happens, they give you millions of problems. They keep your money and on top of that, they claim amounts that haven’t been signed or authorized.

Negative experience: Protected rental for whom? Because they take advantage of people, illegal practices, they put whatever they want on the documents and dispose of your money without informing you of anything. From the very first moment I stepped into the apartment I rented, the experience was terrible; they delivered the apartment all dirty and broken, even in the middle of winter, we were left without heating or hot water with four minors. I had to leave the apartment and fend for myself while they fixed the boiler. They didn’t respond to any extra expenses I had, and they charged me the rent like a normal month. Since mid-September, I handed over the apartment and nothing, they won’t return my deposit, and they promised to return part of the payment for the month I wasn’t in the apartment. During the two years I was in the apartment, I was tired and bored of filing reports for all the damages there were, and now they want to take my deposit to fix the apartment, which is not my responsibility. I have witnesses to the bad condition in which they delivered the apartment; they should be grateful for everything I was fixing, and I have all the receipts and emails.

Negative experience: The worst possible experience, if you can avoid hiring their services, do it. They handed me an apartment full of cockroaches, with the bathroom floor lifted, and with curtains covered in mold. They apparently don't charge agency fees, but they charge you for a solvency study, which in my case was one month's rent (€950). Besides the deposit, current month, and fee. All are one month's rent. They charge you €15 for management, and they manage nothing. They can't even deliver an apartment in decent conditions. There is a phone number for reports that they don't attend to when you give complaints. They are only friendly and attentive when it comes to receiving money, but once you pay, they neglect you. Also, you have to make the payment for the apartment on the 25th, when in most cases, no one usually gets paid on the 25th. And of course, they are not flexible with the dates. Please avoid this horrible experience because the team from Alquiler Protegido is DISASTROUS.
