Negative experience: The worst of the worst. Avoid this real estate agency. Besides treating their clients in a derogatory, vulgar, and disrespectful manner, they intend to empty your pockets of everything they can. Once you visit 'The rat trap' (as they call the office in real estate jargon), they will try by all means to achieve their goal. On one hand, the agency before showing a flat, schedules you with the financial broker (who is the most disrespectful and unpresentable person you can find; I do not include here the complaint email I sent to the director of this agency to avoid extending). On the other hand, the commission for the buyer is higher than any other agency in the area (4%), I do not know the commission for the seller, and on top of that, you have to add all the costs associated with the mortgage: flat price (overvalued for their convenience; suggestion: always check the price of the flat according to the cadastre (minimum-maximum-average price) or request an appraisal from IDEALISTA) + agency commission + financial commission (broker) + deeds + notary + property registration + appraisal + insurance (mandatory if you want the mortgage: life + unemployment + home) + other expenses + VAT on everything + (the jewel of the crown) elevator, recently installed, because according to them, it is the buyer who will enjoy it. We add that they work with only one bank and initially tried to convince me for a mixed mortgage, even though I told them we were only looking for a fixed mortgage. To grant you the mortgage, if you own another flat that is your usual residence, you have to declare the flat you are going to buy as your usual residence and not the one where you actually live, and they encourage you to use it as collateral for defaults, even if you have enough income and properties to cover any unforeseen event. In summary, if you like a flat from their agency, valued at around 149,000 euros, you will have to pay more than 21,150 in expenses before the key handover, and in the following years of mortgage: the actual value offered by them of the flat + all the insurance and fixed or variable banking interests. Agency commission for showing a flat of about 149,000 euros if you like it and buy it: about 7,000 euros + VAT. Financial broker commission for talking to the only bank they work with, according to what I was informed: about 3,000 euros + VAT. I keep the supporting document. Good earnings for a few minutes of work and you, be careful not to miss a monthly payment because: 1. they will seize the flat you bought. 2. they will seize your usual property if you leave it as collateral. 3. they will seize any present and/or future salary until you finish paying off your debt. Note: that flat was removed from the websites before my meeting with the broker, although they told me it was still for sale. I don’t know if they had already reserved it for someone else, as sometimes they don’t remove them to attract new clients. RECOMMENDATION: DO NOT VISIT THE RAT TRAP AND DO NOT BUY HERE

They show me an apartment, I tell them as soon as I walk out that I want to reserve it, and they start making excuses, saying that I first need to confirm that they'll give me the mortgage, that I should call back in a few days, I write and get no responses... Until after much discussion, they have the nerve to tell me that they had already reserved it for someone else. They do not speak the truth. Not recommendable, not serious. I don't give zero stars because I can't. Furthermore, for you to respond by calling me a liar and insolvent when at no point did you sit down with me to know any details about my finances seems to me the height of absurdity. I'm really glad I didn't process anything with you, you won't get a single euro from my insolvent pocket.

Negative experience: Después de ver un piso con ellos, pasarles una oferta, ni siquiera han hablado con el comprador ya que la comisión era alta y se le pidió q la bajarán, y negaron a hacerlo, pierden las ventas por la NO bajada de comisión. Además cobran al comprador y al vendedor

Negative experience: Por desgracia no tuve una buena experiencia. El piso al que hice la visita lo encontré yo directamente a través de idealista. En la descripción no se indicaba que la agencia cobrara también al comprador y eso me hizo perder un valioso tiempo. Al llegar me hicieron firmar una “hoja de visita” pero que leyéndolo bien era una aceptación de los honorarios de la agencia: 3%valor piso + IVA. No me dieron una copia del documento. Por lo demás, el trato estupendo, hicimos la visita del piso y todo bien, pero creo que como inmobilaria deberían ser un poco más transparentes e informar con antelación a las visitas. Por cierto, dentro de ese 3%+IVA no entraba ningún tipo de servicio más que la “venta”, me imagino que el documento de reserva, arras y ya. No asesoraban de lo más importante: la hipoteca.

Negative experience: Esta gente supuestamente seria y de confianza no me han devuelto el pago que hice de una tasación de un piso que tenían ellos mismo a la venta, tuvieron un problema con el banco( propietario del piso ) y sin que ellos tuvieran la menor idea de que era de su propiedad, por la tanto la compra se echó para atrás por su falta de profesionalidad y no ser lo suficientemente transparentes.Después de varias reclamación sigo sin tener respuesta, ni el dinero ... en definitiva ellos cometieron un error y el que ha perdido el dinero he sido yo. Lamentable esta inmobiliaria.
