Negative experience: This agency takes advantage of tenants, charging a service fee for the formalization of the contract in addition to charging the tenant 5% of the rent for the non-payment insurance. Reportable.

Negative experience: Beware!!! They charge too much, violate rights by supposedly charging 2 months of deposit, but it's not true, the deposit is only for 1 month and the other is a security that in case you have to leave early (due to work, as in my case) they keep it. It's not even for the owner. Don't be deceived.

Negative experience: They are very clear indeed, but they continue to charge agency fees disguised as administrative management fees of successive terms, which should be prohibited as a consequence of the latest amendment to the LAU. They force you to contract a payment guarantee (70€ per month) for the rental of the apartment, as if two full months of deposit were not sufficient guarantee. Moreover, this cost should be borne by the landlord and not the tenant. Additionally, they require you to sign a home insurance policy, another expense that should be the landlord's responsibility but that they also force you to take on as a tenant if you want to be simply considered as an option for the property. The tenant also has to bear the payment of the municipal waste management fee. After insisting on all these irregularities, we tried to reduce a bit the economic demands due to all these extras; the savings they achieved for us were about 10€ for each of the tenants (we are 3), which is regrettable. We rented the apartment because it is what it is, and as my mother used to say, 'garlic and water', but you will be in the top 3 of the most fraudulent real estate agencies in the country.

Negative experience: Good morning, I am contacting you regarding the treatment received by one of your sales representatives at the Marqués de Vadillo office. First, when he was attending to us, he looked us up and down and then back up again. My partner, who had just come from work, was dressed normally (we felt discrimination due to his tattoos and skin color, even though he is a naturalized Spaniard and has no criminal records). I, on the other hand, was dressed in gym clothes as I was heading there after the visit. After asking us an endless number of questions that no other agency had ever asked us, he requested we present our work history, income, pay slips, and contract; up to that point, I suppose it could be considered 'normal.' What followed was him asking if we had money in the bank to justify our income, and we were surprised; when we told him we usually withdraw it, he requested bank statements from the last 6 months. We still couldn't believe what was happening to us. He asked for an endless number of requirements for anyone renting that property, and to this day, I still wonder what happened during that visit. In my opinion, they should ensure that the treatment is the same regardless of color or appearance due to having tattoos. It is worth noting that I study law, and I don't know what about my appearance makes it very far from my reality, and my partner is not a criminal for having tattoos; on the contrary. He has numerous references from entrepreneurs and landlords with whom he has maintained very good terms, and nothing negative would be said about him, quite the opposite. Educate and teach your sales representatives so that this does not happen again.
