Fantastic experience: Good afternoon, I have been lucky that they sold me the house very well, everything was great. Moreover, we bought another house through this agency and everything has gone wonderfully. The service has been excellent, both in terms of client proximity and professionalism.

Negative experience: An important thing that both homeowners who decide to entrust their home sale to this agency and interested buyers who contact them to visit should know is that they charge a 4% to the BUYER. On the day of the visit, without prior information, they will ask you to sign a visit sheet where they include this acknowledgment of fees if you decide to buy. Clearly, anyone interested in buying will make calculations to subtract this amount from the purchase price, which always translates into lower offers for the property. But if they charge both parties, it's quite serious. In any case, the quality of their services does not match the commission they intend to charge.

Negative experience: I didn't know that Miss Raquel needed to be paid in advance to help you find an apartment, it's outrageous that she says 'I'll write to you' or 'I'll call you' and it turns out I have to go in person for her to tell me that there are no apartments or the one I liked has been taken by someone else!
