Negative experience: I see many positive comments about this real estate agency, however, our experience has been negative. You go to see an apartment and they show it to you in 10 minutes, they can't find the keys to the garage or storage room and they don't allow you to see it, they tell you that you have priority and if you say you want it, it turns out that it is reserved and they offer you the one they told you was reserved the day before...Speechless.

That is, if the value of the property is low, they charge you the amount they see fit, and if the value is high, they apply the percentage. An average of €2,000 more than other real estate agencies.

Fantastic experience: Vender una casa es una tarea complicada si nunca has vendido una. En Globalpiso, desde el primer día han entendido nuestra necesidad e incertidumbre. Su gestión ha sido de lo más profesional. Desde el principio, indicándonos un precio de partida de nuestro piso acorde al mercado, hasta la toma de fotos por un fotógrafo profesional. En la muestra del piso nos han aconsejado y se han adaptado a nuestro horario (vender y vivir en el piso que se vende no es fácil).
