Negative experience: We agreed on a specific address at a certain time. About two hours before, they called me to move the time earlier, which was fine. When I arrived at the appointment, no one showed up, and they never answered the phone or WhatsApp again. When I called the office, they rudely informed me that they couldn't assist me and that the employee was at the address at the scheduled time. I find this very odd and unprofessional.
