Fantastic experience: Dar las gracias a Fabrizio e Ignacio por la gestión en la venta de mi piso. El inmueble se ha vendido en menos de tres semanas en el precio que fijamos como objetivo (el cual era muy optimista). Han dado todas las facilidades tanto para coordinar las visitas como para realizar las gestiones de la compraventa, de las que se han encargado íntegramente. La orientación inicial acerca del valor de compraventa fue muy acertada (de hecho se han conseguido los objetivos como dije antes optimistas) demostrando un conocimiento profundo del mercado inmobiliario en la zona, siendo claros desde el primer momento y con una estrategia definida. Fantastic experience: Muy buena experiencia. No nos pusieron ningún problema y realizaron todos los trámites muy rápido. Fabrizio muy serio y profesional, al igual que Ignacio. Algo malo diria la comisión que es de las más altas que he visto (3%+iva a pagar por el comprador, desconozco si también para el vendedor).

Ignacio siempre ha estado a disposición para resolver las dudas (que eran muchas) y Gabriela ha hecho muy buen trabajo con todo el tema de la logistica, del contacto con los vendedores y con el reformista también. Lo único que nos pasó es que la firma se retrasó casi un mes debido a un tema de la herencia, pero de eso se encargó también Ignacio y cumplió con las fechas limite que nos dijo.
