Fantastic experience: We rented an apartment in the center of Sabadell, and from the beginning, María Jose was very nice to me, and later, in the administrative aspect, Amelia was very patient and addressed all our questions. When returning the apartment, they retained part of the deposit for justified repairs, so no problem. A good experience and they always resolve your questions, there is good communication with them.

Negative experience: I do not recommend anything. In my case, I made many improvements to the property I was renting, and they kept part of my deposit without any justification. I literally felt scammed by the women who run the real estate agency. Later, I found out that it didn't only happen to me.

Fantastic experience: A real estate agency not just for rentals, they processed the sale of my apartment with incredible efficiency. Highly recommended!!!

Negative experience: We rented an old house and they used part of our deposit to make improvements, justifying it with the property, fully knowing that we had left the house in good condition as stated in the contract. They also did not provide us with pictures of the supposed damages they claimed. Real estate agency not recommended if problems arise or if you want your deposit back.
