Negative experience: Not recommended. They ask you to make a visit, tell you that there is client interest, and then disappear and don't respond. I started to think it was a possible scam. I understand that there may ultimately be no interest, but to stop responding, to commit and not follow through, that's not acceptable.

Negative experience: This real estate agency has published an advertisement for an apartment I own without authorization, copying the photos from my advertisement and stating that it is a vacation rental when it is not, and that it is adapted for people with reduced mobility when it is not either. I have been trying to contact them but they do not answer the phone and have not responded to my messages, both those I sent through the platform and those I sent by email.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely recommendable real estate agency in every sense, Jose Maria, who was my advisor, is a close, empathetic, patient person, with exquisite education and totally transparent. Always willing to help and resolve any needs during the process. I never had any doubts that with this real estate agency, the rental was presented with the best conditions and with the best possible advice. In my case, I have had few experiences with other real estate agencies, but certainly, the way PIA Advisors works is tremendously professional and close, and the whole process develops with a treatment that is both professional and personal, generating an enormous and necessary trust in the client.

Positive experience: Overall, the experience with the agency and the landlords was good. Although the apartment had many issues regarding cohabitation and changes in people, they were always very attentive. Once in a while, it would be good if they made more visits to the place.

I live abroad and it reassures me to know that I can count on her for any problem my apartment has. Being a flat in an old building, problems occur from time to time and Pia Advisors always finds a quick and effective solution.
