Negative experience: Terrible treatment. I asked to go see an apartment listed on Idealista that had dropped in price that same day. When I called, they told me it was sold but that they had two more apartments in the same building, cheaper, with the kitchen needing renovation. Upon arrival, it was neither the same building nor the same apartment, and it was labeled a 'confusion'. A few days later, the apartment drops in price again on Idealista, I call back to see if the sale has been canceled, and I'm attended by the same girl who had shown me the apartment and who understood the confusion, and she gives me the same lie again. When I literally tell her, she laughs in my face and hangs up the phone. Now, weeks later, the same apartment is still listed and continues to drop in price. In conclusion: liars, rude, and very unprofessional.

Negative experience: As a former employee of the brand, I have to say that it is a terrible service; both in terms of customer care and among the workers themselves. 90% of the reviews are "fake" because every Monday the manager asks the employees to bring him as many good reviews as possible, whether from friends or family... promising to reward the one who collects the most with a suit or the latest iPhone (one only has to look at the number of people who thank them for the treatment in selling their apartments and the low number of apartments they usually have on their books... it doesn't add up). Not to mention the amount of ugliness and contempt shown both among colleagues and with the manager himself, it's a super toxic environment. A contract of 40 hours a week, but you also work several Saturdays a month (meaning 47 hours a week) and without being compensated or having another day off. They claim to be "the neighborhood real estate agent" and the only thing that drives them (not only at work but in life as well) is money. They are cold people who only think about themselves. Personally, as of today, I wouldn't want them to handle my mother's apartment or buy my first home with them.
