Negative experience: DISASTROUS, I sent a message to arrange to see a property and the response was, for what I want the property, to live, rent or what, and how I think to pay for it, whether in cash or with a mortgage. I told him I wanted to see the property first, and he responded that he has many investors who pay in cash and that he already has 4 visits. When I mentioned the cash available to buy, the next thing was, 'MAN, YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT WITH THIS SAVINGS THERE'S NO PROBLEM.' I didn't even respond, just out of lack of interest, nothing but money. You will sell few properties, and seeing the reviews even less. The first thing you SHOULD NOT do is ask how they plan to pay for the property. Enjoy your NO sales.

Negative experience: THE WORST "REAL ESTATE AGENCY" that exists. They force you to sign a "BLANK" document before the visit. Without providing details of the property or telling you the exact location. If you don’t sign the blank document (they do ask for all your personal information without any protection), they won’t tell you anything, not the property’s address nor a visit or anything. HORRIBLE TREATMENT! The agent was rude, disrespectful, and quite ignorant. All she wanted was for me to sign the (abusive) commission that they take. I insisted that I would sign the visit report once the visit was completed, or at least that the document would contain real details about the property, and she refused to include them. She wasted my time since they also don’t mention this over the phone. Such scammers... I WOULD NEVER CONTACT THEM AGAIN.

Negative experience: De lo peor en Valencia!

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia negociando con ella. Inmobiliaria un desastre, llena de papeles desordenados en la mesa. Llegó tarde en las varias ocasiones. Intenta añadir clausulas abusivas para el inquilino. Finalmente alquilamos directamente, el propietario también estaba descontento con ella. Nada recomendable, poco profesional. Cínismo profesional y cero empatía.

Negative experience: Un auténtico y absoluto desastre. No responden los correos, no responden las llamadas, de las peores inmobiliarias de Valencia. Y conozco varias personas que opinan lo mismo

Negative experience: Quedamos en hablar para un alquiler. Tras varias semanas sin respuesta a mis múltiples llamadas, voy físicamente al local y no me abren. 45 minutos perdidos esperando en la puerta.

Negative experience: Llevo una semana intentando contactar con ellos y nunca cogen el teléfono, estoy llamando en horario que pone que está abierto.
