In fact, your sister left a quite positive rating. And specifically in your case, we traveled on a Saturday to your home outside the Community of Madrid so that you wouldn't have to travel. I understand that you didn't like the distribution of the inheritance, but blaming us for that doesn't make sense. We will try to keep improving to change your opinion and do things better. Negative experience: Son unos ladrones, no solo cobran al vendedor de la cas, al comprador también, nada menos que un 3% más iva
Hola Beatriz, llamar ladrones a alguien que cobra por realizar su trabajo es cuanto menos feo y molesto, un ladrón intenta engañar y nosotros antes de que usted visite la vivienda la hemos informado de nuestros honorario con total claridad y transparencia. Honorarios que están expuestos tanto en el escaparate exterior como dentro de la oficina en un cuadro a la vista de todo el mundo. Dichos honorarios se cobran por que usted compre una casa que se puede vender sin ningún tipo de limitación, que no tiene ninguna carga, que todos los propietarios están de acuerdo en dicha venta, que tiene toda la documentacion en regla (ite pasada, comunidad al corriente de pago) y lo mas importante que está en un precio de mercado y que aun sumándole nuestros honorarios le conviene comprarla. Honorarios que cobramos a la firma de la escritura publica ante notario o en la firma del contrato privado. Siento mucho que no le guste pagar honorarios a una agencia de intermediación inmobiliaria pero todas cobran por su trabajo, unas con más claridad que otras pero nadie regala su tiempo y su esfuerzo. Un saludo y siento las molestias ocasionadas.
