Unfortunately, due to the limited supply of rental homes available in the market, whenever we post a rental property, we receive an average of 200 emails daily per property, in addition to the many calls we receive. We attempt to respond to all inquiries in strict order of receipt, so it is possible that we do not manage to reply to all emails before the property is rented. Communicating after the property has been rented does not make sense. Lamentamos el tono de tus palabras y que caigas en la descalificación y el insulto, esto es un testigo del tono y la falta de respeto con la que te dirigías a nuestro equipo, así como al resto de vecinos de edificio. Recibiste un piso recién reformado y devolviste la vivienda es un estado lamentable de limpieza y desperfectos. Fuimos en varias ocasiones a la vivienda y reparamos toda y cada una de las "averías", aún sabiendo que algunas de ellas estaban provocadas por el mal uso que hacías de los diferentes elementos que en ella se encontraban, pero la propiedad siempre autorizaba a las reparaciones, en favor de no tener más problemas. Te recordamos de que estrenaste cocina, baño, calefacción y parquet. Los nuevos inquilinos no nos han reportado ni un solo problema, están agradecidos del trato de nuestro equipo y de la propiedad. Los vecinos también han agradecido el cambio de inquilinos, gracias a ellos han podido volver a tener la armonía de que disfrutaban antes. Deseamos que hayas encontrado el equilibrio que mereces.

Desgraciadamente, la promotora no nos contrató para la gestión administrativa y por tanto, tampoco para redactar la renovación de tu 2º contrato en 2013, haciéndolo por su cuenta y riesgo. Emilio, fue con ellos con quienes firmaste el nuevo contrato y ellos fueron quienes te debieron legalizar la fianza y garantía adicional. Desde este canal, te queremos ofrecer UNA VEZ MAS, nuestra ayuda para que los nuevos administradores y sus abogados gestionen tu demanda y paseis cuentas de las rentas impagadas por tu parte y las fianzas que dices haber entregado en 2013 y que no se reflejan en ningún documento. Pero Mariola...hoy queremos responderte y manifestarte que desde FINCAS SAN ANDRES no compartimos tu reporte de la relacion con nuestra inmobiliaria. Sabes, y eres consciente, que desde que te intersaste por el piso de nuestra cartera fuiste informada de cómo sería el protocolo de aporte documental por tu parte y el de respuesta por la nuestra. No podemos hacer nada por ayudarte en tu poca tolerancia al fracaso y la falta de asunción en la frustración por no ver cubiertas tus expectativas. Por suerte, este 2021 ya llevamos 64 alquileres cerrados con feliz reporte de experiencia. Lamentamos haberte dado un NO. Apreciada Laia. Cuánto dolor y a la vez cuánto agradecimiento sentimos por tu reseña. La verdad nos pone a cada uno en nuestro lugar, y la experiencia que vivisteis el día de la firma, en el que subió el INDEX DE PREUS 42 euros respecto lo ofertado, y la propiedad quiso aplicarlos a rajatabla ...fue una desagradable y frustrante experiencia para todo nuestro equipo. Lloramos de rabia por la impotencia que sentisteis por este abuso de derecho por parte de la propiedad, a quien despedimos IPSO FACTO de nuestra cartera esa misma mañana en que os tuvimos que daros la noticia. Clientes así no son los que llevan a nuestra inmobiliaria al prestigio que nos acompaña y por tanto, acompañarlos a la puerta de salida es lo que se merecen. Por desgracia, el nuevo piso que os ofrecimos a los pocos días no cubrió vuestra necesidad, que ya habíais colmado vuestra necesidad con otro apartamento. Reiteramos nuestro agradecimiento por haber dado fe de nuestra honesta intervención en este proceso de búsqueda de VUESTRO PRIMERO HOGAR. Tus palabras sólo transmiten una baja capacidad de gestión de los propios problemas. Nuestra inmobiliaria se somete a todos los controles administrativos y colegiales que nos mandata la Llei de L' habitatge. Si crees que has tenido alguna mala gestión por nuestra parte, te invitamos a que acudas al Incasol, o a Consum y pongas cuantas denuncias creas que estas en amparo.
