Fantastic experience: Finding a flat in Barcelona is not easy at all, and I really went through a lot of troubles with other rental agencies (big international ones too!) But I can assure you that PERAIRE is the height of professionalism and they are very transparent and easy to reach throughout the whole rental process. Hana, who showed me my flat initially was very thorough and later Marc, who helped me complete all the documentation quickly and efficiently really deserve all the credit. Thank you both very much for helping me to find a great apartment.

Fantastic experience: The usual sales process is long, complex, with dozens of surprises, difficult negotiations, endless paperwork, etc., but this was not the case, as Josep handled it for us like a simple administrative procedure. In just 5 weeks we signed the deposit and in another 5 weeks the purchase/sale was completed, without any more stress for us than 3 visits with Josep and a few exchanges of messages/calls. The price was appropriate, according to the official appraisal, and it did not have to be lowered. The commission was correct and only applied to us (the selling side). The ad on the website was set up with all possible technical features: 3D plan, 360 tour, 2D plan, photos, and video, quickly generating many visits. A 10 for Josep, and I’ve saved the real estate agency in my phone contacts to recommend them with my eyes closed.

Fantastic experience: The best real estate agency I have dealt with in Barcelona. After many bad experiences with agencies and property managers of all kinds for years, my partner found a flat that we liked, managed by Peraire. First of all, the visit to the flat: punctual; well organized so that each visitor had their individual time to view the flat; and the agent (Josep) at the end of the visit, left my partner and me alone to see specific things or discuss what we wanted without the pressure of him being there (an admirable detail, something I had never been allowed to do before and I found it quite good). Once we expressed our interest, and Peraire told us they liked us, the negotiation of the conditions was very good, in the sense that there was good communication and understanding, and a clear intention to reach an agreement that was fair for both parties. When we moved into the flat, there were several problems that need to be mentioned. Being an older property, it had quite a few defects (which were not concealed at any point, but rather highlighted by them and by us to avoid future misunderstandings), and the previous tenant canceled all the utilities without notifying us, so we found ourselves in a situation where we moved into the flat without utilities and with other issues that required urgent action from the property owner. In this situation, I must emphasize that the Peraire team was absolutely proactive in resolving everything as quickly as possible (thanks, Joan). They met admirable deadlines, and their professionalism was top-notch. Communication at all times was excellent, the team was involved, and they fulfilled their obligations as promised. Basically, everything was done that anyone with basic common sense would expect from a property for their tenant in a situation like the one we faced. This last point should be evident, but knowing how the real estate market in Barcelona is, it seems that common sense has been lost in the dealings between landlords and tenants, and it is greatly appreciated that there are still people interested in caring not only for the owner but also for the one who ultimately pays, which is the tenant. In summary, I am very glad to have found Peraire, and I would trust them again, both as a tenant and as a property owner because I know they take good care of both parties.
