PUNTO HABITAT

Negative experience: Mi experiencia como compradora con Punto Habitat ha sido profundamente decepcionante y preocupante. Su gestión estuvo plagada de errores, falta de comunicación y una total ausencia de responsabilidad que podría haber puesto en riesgo toda la operación de compraventa. Ocultación de información a ambas partes: Aunque el contrato de arras estipulaba claramente que el piso debía entregarse en perfectas condiciones, la agencia nunca trasladó al propietario la lista de desperfectos a reparar. Esta información se les comunicó con antelación, pero fue deliberadamente ignorada. El día de la firma, fue el propio vendedor quien nos informó de que jamás había recibido dicho informe. Esto demuestra que la agencia ocultó información crítica tanto al comprador como al propietario, generando un grave incumplimiento de lo pactado. Retrasos constantes y falta de comunicación: La entrega de documentación clave sufrió retrasos constantes, afectando incluso a la gestoría del banco. La agencia no envió toda la documentación necesaria a tiempo, lo que casi provoca la cancelación de la firma de la hipoteca. Tuve que ser yo, como compradora, quien interviniera directamente para coordinar los trámites y entregar los documentos que ellos no gestionaron, asumiendo tareas que claramente les correspondían. Desentendimiento total tras la firma: Una vez formalizada la compraventa, la agencia se desentendió completamente de los problemas existentes, sin ofrecer ningún tipo de solución ni asumir responsabilidad alguna. En resumen, Punto Habitat ha demostrado una alarmante falta de transparencia, profesionalidad y compromiso. En una operación tan importante como la compra de una vivienda, este tipo de negligencia no solo es inaceptable, sino potencialmente perjudicial para todas las partes implicadas. No recomendaría en absoluto contratar sus servicios.

Negative experience: We've been trying to contact them for weeks to see an apartment and there's been no sign. Terrible attention, little desire to sell.

Negative experience: Terrible service. They delivered the apartment dirty and messy. When it was time to return the deposit, they tried to extend the return time to almost double what was established and signed in the contract. After pressing them, they told us it wasn't their responsibility, that the money was with the owner (whom we never saw or could contact) and that they couldn't do anything. In the end, they returned it to us, a bit less than the total, claiming that some sheets were missing (by the way, the duvet covers in the house were also delivered dirty and used), and they didn't provide any invoice to prove the cost. A real estate agency is supposed to act as an intermediary between landlord and tenant, but at Punto Habitat they completely disregard you, the communication is awful; they collect their monthly fee and that’s that.

Fantastic experience: Our experience with this real estate agency has been a 10. 20 years ago I made the purchase with them and now we have done the sale. They have been super efficient in both operations, with all the documentation up to date. They are great professionals, hard to find in this industry. 100% recommendable. And I would like to highlight Sergi, who attended to us at every moment, as well as Marcel.

Negative experience: I do not recommend it at all. Poor communication between owner and tenant. The apartment was delivered in terrible condition. Can't they check an apartment before handing it over? Or did they decide to cook and leave dirty dishes before we arrived? ... It’s pathetic. To formalize the return of the deposit, we had to insist for two weeks as they wanted to extend the deadline for no reason, since the return date was clearly stated in the contract. I could write much more, but everything I could write falls short of describing the real estate agency.

Negative experience: We do not recommend it. Terrible experience!! They changed the terms of the apartment twice, once when the contract was almost signed and again with the signed contract. Make sure, if they rent it to you furnished, that the mattresses on the beds are optimal; we were rented a bed that was 1.80m long and another was a sofa bed!! Our story: We contacted them through an ad on Idealista. We had made the reservation for the apartment (the terms of the apartment fit our needs). When we had already agreed on the start date for moving into the apartment and were about to send the signed contract, they changed the entry conditions. Furthermore, during the visit, we asked how the supplies would be managed, and once the contract was signed (with the new entry date), they tried to change that point again, which was resolved in a way that none of the tenants agreed with, but we had to accept it because we had already paid and due to the proximity to the entry date.

Fantastic experience: Getting an apartment in Barcelona can be a long and quite tortuous process, but this time I have been spared thanks to finding the right real estate agency. They called me on a Saturday to see an apartment on Bacardi Street. Since I liked it, I immediately said I wanted to give the down payment, although I had doubts because I couldn't enter the new apartment until the 15th of the initial month of the rent. Well, not only was everything very fast, but they gave us 15 days of grace to carry things, and register the internet as well as some arrangements. Frankly if you want something quick and painless, try them.
