Hello, I don't know what to say... it's the first time a client doesn't show up for the appointment, when I called, they said they were delayed and didn't know for how long, then they showed up half an hour later without informing the advisor and got angry because they believe that an advisor should wait at the door for half an hour or 4 hours, however long it takes for the buyer because they are the one who pays and should be at their service... honestly... I don't know what to say or think... it's incredible how far some people's abuse goes. I sincerely hope that in their work, they are not treated this way by their clients or anyone... I send my regards and wish them the best.
