Negative experience: Unfortunately, a very bad experience. You will be the first person to call or not, they lie to you that the visits cannot be done yet. Then they take the floor off the portal and when you call, they inform you that they just sold it with the first visit (visits couldn't be done, right?) I don't know why they have to lie to us... Zero trust!
Good afternoon Irina. No one lied to you, it was simply the case that the visits were scheduled based on how the calls or notifications were received. In your case, your visit request was number 23, and since we scheduled starting Thursday morning, we gave you a visit time for Monday (we didn't want to schedule visits earlier because the apartment had no electricity). Finally, it was resolved today, Wednesday, and a visit could be made. I understand that everyone who wants to visit an apartment would like to be first, but unfortunately that is impossible. But no one deceived you, it was simply the person who saw it that made a reservation. But it could have been someone else, because you had quite a few visits ahead (they called before you). From your reaction, I think this has happened to you with other apartments, but you can't blame us for that either. Regards.

Negative experience: I RECEIVED A DISASTROUS TREATMENT, I WENT TO MAKE A PAYMENT FOR A FLAT TO MAKE A COUNTER OFFER, THEY TOLD ME IT WAS 1500 EUROS, SO I ASKED THEM TO MAKE ME A DOCUMENT CONDITIONED ON THE MORTGAGE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IF THE BANK DOES NOT APPROVE MY MORTGAGE, THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY AND THEY GAVE ME THEIR WORD AND DID NOT WANT TO MAKE ME THE DOCUMENT CONDITIONED ON THE MORTGAGE, THEY TOLD ME THAT'S HOW IT IS, IF YOU'RE NOT INTERESTED, LEAVE IT, THEY SPOKE TO ME IN A WAY AS IF I WERE ASKING FOR SOMETHING FOR FREE. DO NOT LET YOURSELF BE SCAMMED, ALWAYS WHEN ONE MAKES A COUNTER OFFER AND LEAVES MONEY TO RESERVE THE FLAT, IT MUST BE CONDITIONED ON THE MORTGAGE, ALL REAL ESTATE AGENTS DO IT AND IT WAS STRANGE THAT THEY DID NOT WANT TO DO IT.
Dear Carol, When it comes to service, we made the visit and had 6 calls, as is logical, to provide you with all the information you requested, including the steps to follow. At the agency, you were presented with a reservation or deposit document clearly stating that if your offer was accepted it would be part of the price and if it was not accepted, the amount would be refunded. Not only did we give you our word, but the deposit document already states the refund in case the offer is not accepted. This is used to establish the final price, but it does not obligate to buy or sell. You were also explained that if accepted, a deposit document would need to be made, where the buyer commits to buy and the owner to sell, which includes the participants (seller and buyer), property details, agreed price, payment method (including deposit, down payment, and the rest of the price), deadline for signing before a notary, and any conditions both parties decide to include. In this case, the condition is the obtaining of the mortgage. We are not a bank, but we understand that no banking institution will make a binding offer with just a deposit; instead, they will require a prior assessment of your situation and subsequently, the documentation of the property and the deposit. We regret that our attempt to strictly adhere to what we understand to be a more correct and honest process upset you to the point of publishing your poor review. On the other hand, regarding the terrible service you say you received, this was never expressed by you on any of the occasions during our multiple contacts, so we understand this only relates to the fact that in the end, we did not accept the conditions you wanted to impose, which we felt were out of place. For our part, we believe we have attended to you with the same honesty and willingness to serve that we always provide to our clients and collaborators.
