Negative experience: The worst customer service I have received in a long time. Initial call made by Ivan demanding that we provide a financial study to show us the apartment (a study we did not require) and the conversation became tense to the point of him losing interest in showing us the apartment. He finally agreed to schedule an appointment for us to visit it. Once we arrived for the appointment, the same Ivan attended us, who apparently had not scheduled that appointment. Very aggressive attitude at all times, losing politeness to the point of inviting us to leave the office in response to our refusal to carry out the financial study. The visit ultimately did not take place, harming a client (the seller) as we could have decided to buy that apartment without problems. We have a mortgage granted for the amount of the apartment, which is why the financial study was not necessary. At first, that study was justified by the seller’s demands, but they finally admitted it was company policy. They justified this requirement to avoid visiting people who may not be able to purchase that home. We understand that the agency wants to ensure the solvency of a potential buyer, but we consider it a mistake to rely on that tool as the only option. What kind of world are we living in? Next time, I think I will bring the previous year's tax return to be able to see an apartment. AWFUL CUSTOMER TREATMENT AND ABSOLUTELY NO CONCERN ABOUT IT.

Negative experience: Real estate agents are not only unable to provide adequate service, but they also allow themselves to treat customers with unacceptable disrespect. During a phone call, I was insulted and treated inappropriately. It is unacceptable for a company to allow this kind of behavior. Avoid this real estate agency at all costs. Incompetent agents including the responsible one. I feel deeply offended by the treatment received during a purchasing process that is done with excitement and with the expenditure of €€€ that they do not value. These types of experiences leave a negative mark and generate great distrust in Tecnocasa. I do not recommend this real estate agency to anyone. Beware of the 5* ratings; it's clear that there are many fake reviews from accounts with only 1 review and super structured... The real ones, from what I can see, are the negative ones. From day one, they ask you for your ID, full name, phone number, email, address, and they already tell you that if you go to see the apartment, the seller pays a 3% commission and another 3% the buyer. I recommend the seller to go to another real estate agency and they will be able to earn an additional 3% on their sale. The overall experience with them is a profile of agents who do not even know the areas where they sell. And if you read this, do not even reply to me because you use templates for this, the antithesis of any problem management. Accept it and change as that is what you should do.

Negative experience: The worst service I've ever had. Marc, the one who was helping us with our apartment search, lied to us saying he had sent my documents to the landlord, which was never the case. We had to find out from the landlord herself. Weeks without a response from him, and days before the apartment in question was available, he made us pay a month's rent to ensure a response, knowing that the response would be negative! I can't believe his cynicism and poor treatment. Absolutely not recommended, avoid having a bad experience by going there.

Negative experience: Liars. Misleading advertising. I was attended by Andrés. You buy an apartment with them and discover that there are squatters in the building, leaks or pending fees already approved at the time of purchase, which they knew about and hid from you in front of the notary. Fantastic experience: Pasaron a valorarme una vivienda de herencia y me dieron un buen asesoramiento (gratuito, sin prisas, ni presiones), por lo que decidí hacer con ellos la venta y no con otra inmobiliaria de la zona que tuvo malas formas.
