Negative experience: Normally when someone visits a real estate agency to look for whatever proprety to rent and no available proprety meets the need of a customer we ask for a phone number to notify the customer whenever a property is available that meets the needs of the said client. Except in this agency where I felt that I was not treated properly. No willingnless to look for what are my needs or what I was looking for. They may not liked my skin color.

Unfortunately, in the current market, there are no rental properties available, at least in the areas that encompass our management zone, and this has led us to have an exceedingly large list of potential clients, which is why we have decided not to expand that list to avoid creating a false expectation for our clients. If we have more than 90 clients actively looking for a property to rent, it is logical that we contact the first people on the list when a property becomes available for rent, and therefore we would be lying if we said we would call you when something comes in for rent. We apologize if you felt poorly treated, we will try not to make that mistake again, but we want to make it very clear that in this company we have great respect for the HUMAN BEING and we do not make distinctions based on race, religion, social status, etc. Warm regards.

Negative experience: La peor inmobiliaria que hay no se la recomiendo a nadie comisiones abuivas parA el vendedor, cuando tienen reserva y el comprador se hecha para atras ese dinero se lo quedan cuando es tuyo despues de 7 meses me cambié de inmobiliaria y en una semana lo vendi. ES UNA INMOBILIARIa que no se la aconsejo a nadie
Estimado Juan Jesús, lamentamos profundamente que tenga esa percepción de nuestra empresa, pero vamos a hacer un poco de memoria. La primera vez que pusieron vuestro piso en venta con nosotros, teníamos un comprador que hizo una propuesta para vuestro piso, pero a vosotros por fechas y un problema familiar no les venía bien vender. Esto podía haberos provocado una penalización (el pago de nuestra comisión por no aceptar una oferta en firme), pero nuestra empresa tomó la decisión de no hacer efectiva esa penalización porque se debía a un problema familiar (o sea que allí nos portamos bien). Hasta ese momento no había ninguna queja, por lo que al año siguiente pusimos nuevamente a la venta vuestra propiedad. Lamentablemente, eso es cierto, no pudimos encontrar el cliente, pero cuando habla de comisiones abusivas, le recuerdo que cuando bajamos el precio del piso (estaba muy caro), nosotros rebajamos nuestros honorarios un 25%, e incluso si se daba la oportunidad hubiéramos bajado aún más. Les explicamos claramente que eso era una estrategia comercial, para el caso de que algún cliente pidiera una rebaja en el precio de compra. Una vez extinguido el contrato que nos unía, Ud. personalmente nos pidió un documento en el que, y trato de citar textualmente: "Ninguna de las partes tenía nada que reclamar por ningún concepto ni ninguna vía". Por lo que, consultado nuestro departamento jurídico, con ese documento no había nada que reclamar en relación a la paga y señal que comenta. Lamentamos profundamente que esté tan desconforme, pero hay que poner en la "balanza" todos los hechos. Asimismo nos alegramos de que está disfrutando con su familia de su nuevo hogar.

Luego de muy malas experiencias con otras empresas, acudimos a ellos y lo que todo eran problemas con las otras, lo transformaron en soluciones!!! Quedamos encantado con la atención recibida. Una mención especial a Gerardo, que aún estando de vacaciones atendía mis llamadas, siempre me transmitió tranquilidad y estuvo atento a solventar todo lo que sucedía en el corto tiempo que les llevó vender mi propiedad. Conocian muy bien el tramite para la enajenacion de vivienda publica y su gran experiencia fue una increible tranquilida. Fueron rapidos y super eficaces y acompañandonos en todo el proceso. Nos dieron mucha seguridad y fue una gran experiencia. Tanto si compras como si vendes te recomiendo pases a asesorarte. La tranquilidad de que todo será bien gestionado y que te asesoran a cada paso da muchisima confianza. Y Gerardo es un tipo excelente y con una paciencia infinita, pero sin el no hubiera sido lo mismo. Un lujo a ver tramitado con ellos la venta del piso.
