Negative experience: This is a highly unprofessional and habitually dishonest housing agency. We visited a property for the first time on October 10, 2024, and about a week later, after confirming our business license and other details, we informed the agent that we were interested in renting the property. However, after a week, the agent still hadn’t confirmed anything or provided any details about the rental agreement. We then noticed that the property had been removed from the platform. When we messaged the agent, they explained that too many people had viewed the property, so the landlord would choose one of three candidates to sign the lease. We followed up with the agent again via WhatsApp, and they said that we should expect a decision from the landlord that night. However, two days passed without any update. When we reached out again, we were told that we would hear from the landlord’s daughter that evening, but once again, there was no response. We then visited their office in person, where David informed us that the landlord had suffered a stroke and had been hospitalized but was now back home. He said that his daughter was now handling things and that only we and one other candidate remained in consideration. They assured us that they would receive a final answer from her that night and would notify us. Afterward, we sent more than five messages via WhatsApp and visited their office again. David repeated the same explanation—that the landlord’s daughter would make a decision that day. Despite our WhatsApp messages being read, there was still no reply. David claimed that Laura was responsible for WhatsApp communications and didn’t know why she hadn’t responded. In total, we tried to contact the agent over 20 times during this period without receiving any clear answers. We repeatedly stated that if the landlord didn’t want to rent to us, they could just tell us directly, but instead, they kept insisting otherwise and continued to delay us. It is now November 20, 2024, and I find it hard to believe that any reputable real estate agency would leave a client waiting for more than a month and a half without providing a reasonable explanation. Also we just saw it someone already rented the local and renovating the local now.

I usually do not respond since some of these reviews were not made by clients of this agency. But in your case, and with the owner's permission, I will gladly do so. 1. In the contract that you and your partner signed, it is clear that the deposit is NEVER held by this agency. It is understandable that you understood this since the bank transfer was made to the owner's account. 2. Both you, your father, and your lawyer were informed that the delay in the return was due to A BRAIN OPERATION OF THE OWNER. Your lawyer understood this as it is force majeure and we would have to wait for his recovery or for a family member to take responsibility. 3. There was no bad faith from the owner; the agency you are claiming against was always attentive as we informed you, your father, and the lawyer about it. 4. Our interest was so great that we communicated with your family and you were refunded. 5. The most curious thing about all this is that less than a month ago, your companion wanted to rent a property again, and on that same day, a lawyer called asking about the refund, which you already had in your possession months prior.

Negative experience: Terrible experience and management by this real estate agency, run if you can before entering into any type of contractual relationship with them. I have been trying to contact the real estate manager for weeks and there is no way for them to respond to our messages, despite having pending accounts in which, as an intermediary, they should provide us with some solution. Zero professionalism and very dissatisfied overall. Awful.
Negative experience: Worst experience ever. Laura is a criminal. She wanted us to pay all in one day, we respected our part of the deal, and after 3 months from the end of the contract she disappeared, keeping our money. SHE NEVER GIVES THE DEPOSIT BACK. don't trust this agency. but don't worry Laura, I see we are not the only ones you deceived. Justice will be done, we are going to SUE YOU

Negative experience: THEY DO NOT FULFILL THE CONTRACT! THEY DO NOT RETURN THE DEPOSIT! Throughout my contract, I was very well attended, Laura and her husband were very attentive, HOWEVER, I ended the rental contract in September and to this day (3 MONTHS LATER) they still have not returned my deposit equivalent to two rents !!!! I try to get in touch and they do not answer me, they do not respond to emails and WhatsApp. I went in person and they did not attend to me. They do not explain why it is taking so long to return my money. BE AWARE!
Negative experience: Probably the worst real-estate company on the planet. They do not care about the client/customer at all. They will expect highest of highest price for the worst service ever. The pictures looked nothing like the place. They tried to make things easier for themselves. My friends and I tried to book a place with them, and amount of manipulation and lying is absolutely outrageous. Saying that we needed to be more “persistent” in asking them about the finances, after we already has asked a few times and they don’t tell us until midnight the day we are supposed to move in, us thinking it would be monthly payment. We canceled all of our other options and basically went homeless b/c she trapped us into the situation with inaccurate information. We had a fluent Spanish speaking friend so communication was not an issue at all . The real estate agent likes to walk away from the conversation and avoid contact when we ask serious questions. These are just a couple of tactics they used and if I took the time to explain everything , would take hours. Please avoid this place at all costs. You will save your money and find a better place somewhere else. We got lucky and found the best place from somewhere else .Laura was the real estate agent. The rudest and worst person to work with. Don’t understand how unprofessional one can be

Negative experience: Very bad experience, Laura is rude and shows an improper attitude (arrives late to the appointment, sighs, does not take off her backpack) and a lack of professionalism. She does not keep her word and takes more than three weeks to send a contract. If you come across this person, be cautious.

You land with your family on August 9, receiving at 10:00 in the morning, 7 hours reviewing the apartment, you communicate your intention to sleep in it without making payments, we obviously inform you that this possibility does not exist, which you have known for a month, you decide to go to a hotel and seek a guarantor in Spain. 7 days later, on August 16 at 18:38, you avoid a certificate from a Spanish bank, 7 days after signing the contract. All this made the property doubt having you as tenants, and so it was. You were never tenants. Neither the property nor the agency received any payment. I don't think any real estate agent has the patience to be 7 hours at a contract signing in the same apartment from 10:00 in the morning without any intention of payment, which is why you went to a hotel. It’s interesting that your annoyance was that they didn’t take off their bag during the visit or that they sighed after what was presented.
Negative experience: If you contact the Consorcio Real Estate Opera agency, beware; their lack of professionalism is evident. If by bad luck your interlocutor is Laura, RUN! We traveled from France for a property inspection in view of a rental for our student daughters, and Laura proved unable to recognize the flaws in this apartment, namely two air conditioners that were not working and many other defects. After this appointment, which confirmed these untruths, we heard nothing from her. No professionalism, may this misadventure serve others.

Tras varias visitas en días distintos incluido el sábado, se te atendió desde el 10 ,11 y 14 de marzo se visito el piso, se envió la documentación que aportaste a la propiedad la cual no te aceptó como inquilino. Pienso que como otras reseñas esta derivada de no poder alquilar el piso ya que te atendí hasta tres veces.

Para mí, factores diferenciales como la honestidad, ética profesional y valores son claves a la hora de valorar este sector. Sin duda Laura y David poseen estas virtudes, y sin ellos no hubiese podido llevar a buen puerto una gestión muy complicada como inquilino. Sin duda los recomiendo.

Fantastic experience: Atención exquisita y directa. Estábamos muy perdidos y tanto Laura como David nos ayudaron en todo. Hicieron unas fotos preciosas de nuestra casa, nos ayudaron a preparar la vivienda para las visitas de los posibles compradores y pude vender la casa en la primera semana. Recomendé a mi cuñada la agencia y ella encontró un alquiler perfecto en poco tiempo. Muchas gracias a los dos por explicarnos todos los tramites facilmente.

No tienen ningún escrúpulo y confunden su supuesta “profesionalidad” con tretas legales y chanchullos. De verdad, no alquiléis con ellos.
