Negative experience: This real estate agency is a complete disgrace. I rented an apartment in Madrid on Daniel Segovia street. When my rental contract ended, they did not return my deposit of 700 euros. They held me responsible for three defects that the house had: a ceramic cooktop, a sliding door, and a blind. These defects were already present before I moved into the apartment because I found them that way. I didn't see the need to make a preliminary video because I understood that they were already well aware of the defects in that apartment. In short, they stole 700 euros from me. I called them repeatedly but received no response. Finally, I had to write a letter through lawyers and managed to recover part of the deposit. They are not trustworthy. Zero recommendable.

Fantastic experience: Friendly treatment, they know the neighborhood well and advise you honestly. They helped me rent my home very quickly and took care of the necessary arrangements.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this real estate agency at all. In this regard, I have been having management problems since minute one. On top of all this, they speak to you in a bad manner. They do not care about making a bad impression with the owner and much less with the tenant, they shift the blame and the solutions they provide are scarce. I would never entrust my property to this establishment.
