Negative experience: I want to share my experience in the hope that it can improve customer service management. On several occasions (more than 6 times in one week) I have contacted them to visit an apartment that interested me, and each time they have indicated that they were busy and would call me back later. In my last attempt, they informed me that the property in question had been sold. I fully understand that they face a heavy workload, but I believe that the lack of communication and the inability to schedule a proper visit is not the right way to deal with customers. As a consumer, I value transparency, customer service, and respect for my time. In this regard, I feel that my experience with this particular branch has been, to say the least, frustrating and discouraging. I hope this review can serve as constructive feedback to improve communication and customer service processes in the future.
