Fantastic experience: Normalmente, soy reticente a acudir a inmobiliarias cuando me muevo de alquiler porque no me dan seguridad e intentan colar todo. Pero en este caso, no puedo estar más contento con estos chicos, se ve que no solo velan por los intereses del propietario sino tb del inquilino. Un 10 en como llevaron todo y como me informaron. Cuando vuelva a mudarme, sin pensarlo volveré a ellos a que me busquen alquiler.

Fantastic experience: Estimados Sofia Alonso y Oscar Delgado, Como propietaria del inmueble leo con sorpresa y decepción vuestra reseña, y como tras hablar Sofía por whatsapp y ella insistir en que esto no tenía nada que ver conmigo y negar lo escrito. Como insistís en mantener esta reseña, me veo en la obligación de realizar las puntualizaciones siguientes. En primer lugar se trata de una casa antigua, sin mobiliario y sin ascensor; así se enseñó y así se alquiló, por eso se alquila al precio que se alquila. Si queriaís otro tipo de casa, pues no haber alquilado la mía. En segundo lugar la casa está en perfectas condiciones y con su correspondiente ITE pasada, tuvisteis la mala suerte de que la vecina del piso inferior vendió la casa y los nuevos propietarios decidieron hacer obras, como le puede pasar a cualquier propietario o inquilino de este tipo de inmuebles. No dudo de las molestias que esto os ocasionaría, pero desde luego no tienen nada que ver con lo que reseñáis, y continuamente estuve hablando con los arquitectos de las obras y con vosotros para intentar paliar las molestias y defender nuestros intereses comunes en ese momento. Además, por las molestias os desconté una semana de alquiler, cuando fueron a arreglar desperfectos. Insisto ocasionado por la obra del piso inferior, de hecho fueron los mismos albañiles, como es lógico, los que subieron a hacer los arreglos. Aun así, en plenas Navidades dijisteis que os ibais, con menos de 10 días de preaviso. Tengo muy claro que os ibais a ir y no avisasteis antes porque no quisisteis. Pero quise entenderos y no discutir y se os devolvió la FIANZA INTEGRA, menos los gastos de consumos el 16 de Enero por transferencia (800€), aunque contractualmente tenía todo el derecho a quedarme la misma. E insisto, os empeñasteis en entregar las llaves el 31 de Diciembre, una de las fechas más inoportunas del año. Ignoro porque os inventáis historias sobre demoliciones y me consta que os habéis puesto en contacto con la inquilina actual, quien por cierto lleva 4 meses sin problemas puesto que las obras han finalizado. Os exijo en primer lugar que ceséis en vuestra difamación hacia mi persona, no molestéis a mi inquilina y a la postre os entretengáis en alguna otra actividad.
