Fantastic experience: The two times I have worked with Gilmar, I have ended up delighted. They never degrade the competition, as other agencies do; they only highlight their strengths. On this occasion, the salesperson, Pedro Márquez, not only managed to obtain a price slightly higher than what we were asking (when others told us we were asking too much), but he did it in record time. And the best part is the treatment and his closeness. If I had another property to sell, I would definitely call him.

Negative experience: Possibly the most sexist company and salesman you can find. My ex-husband and I put the apartment up for sale; it was my ex-husband who initially dealt with the salesman and that’s why he must have thought I wasn’t involved because he overlooked me at all times. At the notary, we had to wait because my account was not listed for the deposit of my share, he sent me the address and time of the notary but not the apartment, although he promised to confirm all the information which he didn’t do. After finishing the signing, he told me I would receive chocolates from Gilmar even though I insisted I preferred another gift; however, my ex-husband was told to go to their office and was gifted a bottle of wine and a blanket, I still haven’t received the chocolates, nor do I want them. Pedro, there were 2 sellers for us… what discrimination, just because I am a woman??? However, your rushed sale, with several calls during a Friday afternoon, I endured that. Gilmar should change its outdated and stale format or maybe it's just their salesman and not them. Let everyone judge by their experience. Very sexist behavior; it’s a shame that such attitudes still exist when dealing in a business with a man and a woman. Gentlemen of Gilmar, we are in the 21st century, there should not be any different treatment between 2 clients simply because of gender, my experience with you supports this.
