Negative experience: Update in response to the comment: photos from the email sent by the finance person, where the option mentioned by Vanessa to pay in cash under the table is discussed, judge for yourselves. I am going to sue. ----------------- Here I summarize what we wrote in the complaint form presented to this real estate agency. Below is the full story. - They told us they had exclusivity and it was not true - They offered us illegal payment conditions with cash under the table - We requested the assignment sheet and they denied it to us (it is a client's right to see it, as the sale conditions and commissions are outlined there) - We asked to provide our copy of the submitted offers and they denied it - They made us lose a lot of time and kept us waiting for several days without giving any information or explanation -- Full story -- Five weeks ago we submitted an offer of €122,000 for an apartment listed at €125,000 on Idealista. A few days later they called us to meet in the office and proposed a counteroffer at €125,000 with the following payment conditions: €100,000 officially documented, €22,000 in furniture and fixtures - cash under the table to be handed over 'in an envelope' according to Vanessa's words - and a 'reduced' commission of €3,000 for the agency. Very surprised to have received an illegal proposal, we rejected it and made an offer of €125,000, the same value as the ad, and carried out a second visit with a worker to advance the renovation study. In the following days, Vanessa continued proposing illegal payment conditions, €10,000 under the table the second time and €5,000 under the table the third time. We rejected and remained firm in our offer, which, being equal to the advertised price, should not be rejected based on illegal requests. We threatened to report the matter to the authorities if that happened. After almost a week of silence, which we judged very unprofessional, Vanessa informed us that the offer was rejected because we did not agree to pay under the table. We went to the office to express our displeasure at the poor management and ask for the assignment sheet and our offer documents, and they denied us access to them because 'they are at the headquarters' (and they do not want to tell us what the headquarters is). On this occasion, Vanessa denied to our face having proposed payments under the table. We have recordings of the conversations and the email from the finance person at Finmoo proposing different financing options based on the official value. We have the impression, which we cannot prove, that part of the cash under the table was to cover the agency's 'reduced' commission, and that the apartment may have been sold to someone else even though it was reserved by us. The feeling is due to the fact that 'the lady did not like the threat and decided to sell completely officially to a relative', a frankly unbelievable story in light of all the previous events.

Negative experience: Engaño absoluto, además utilizaron otra identidad falsa para conseguir una visita al piso haciéndose pasar por particulares. Nos hicieron perder el tiempo, desplazándonos para mostrar el piso que queremos vender a nivel particular. No confiaría en ellos para nada. No son prácticas éticas de empresas fiables.
