Negative experience: Extremely unpleasant and rude we have rented an completely unfurnished apartment from them in Estepona they failed to mention the senior centre opposite our balcony (5 metres) was noisy from 07:45 am till 20:00 hrs every day 6 days a week plus Discos every Saturday night.They try to overcharge at every opportunity they get and our neighbours as well. Awful Company no regard for tenants at all ....just money we are still waiting for 4 years for them to repair our bathroom.

Negative experience: Stop filling our mailboxes with junk. We are fed up!!! In the digital age, door-to-door advertising has less than a 1% success rate. Stop bothering us!!!

Fantastic experience: The experience I had with GILMAR deserves the highest rating! Both Borja and Alejandro are top-notch professionals who managed to sell my property in record time! And all of this with a seriousness that allows for full trust in their management. A 100% recommendable team for anyone looking to carry out any type of real estate operation!!!

Negative experience: Not friendly to expats. They rent apartments short-term (up to 11 months), unfurnished, and charge one month’s rent plus IVA (21%) as a fee for ‘their services.’ These services include nothing; they are unresponsive and have only one employee managing rentals. Short-term contracts do not allow tenants to get empadronamiento, and you cannot obtain a parking permit for local residents. Essentially, you are paying the monthly fee for them to show you an apartment, and they ask you to pay it before even showing or sending you the rental agreement draft.

Negative experience: What a shady setup that guy GILito has... all his employees are self-employed, paying their dues and being exploited in exchange for a miserable commission, which in most months doesn't even cover their self-employment fees.

Fantastic experience: After collaborating with several real estate agencies to sell my property, finding Gilmar has been an exceptional experience. Both Guillermo and Borja provided me with continuous support from the beginning of the process, managing to close the sale in just a month from the publication of the ad. Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional ! This morning I called the agency few minutes after Gilmar posted a listing. I confirmed a visit of the apartment for the same afternoon, as I was traveling from France to Madrid. I mentioned in the call that I was ready to sign the contract as soon as we met and move in the next day (which the agent claimed to be possible). The agent set the time of the visit, and did not mention anyone else being interested in the apartment. One hour before the visit, I get a call to tell me that the apartment was no longer available despite the renter only claiming interest later than us. I was highly disappointed that the agent gave another visit before our despite the renter coming after our request. Furthermore we were not offered any similar alternative and the agent was really defensive.
