Negative experience: Very bad experience, we agreed to meet at 6:00 PM to view an apartment. We arrived on time and called several times the phone of the agent we had arranged to meet to tell her we were at the door, but she didn't answer. After waiting for 20 minutes, she calls us and says that her afternoon got complicated, that we should wait for her, that she would take 15 minutes. Of course, we told her not to bother coming. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Bad experience today over the phone. Advertisements without specifying important details about the rental and no reasoning over the phone when asked why it is not detailed, misleading information, and unreliable.

We are talking about an apartment of about '40m2' in one of the best areas of the Salamanca neighborhood, receiving more than 100 interested contacts, 90% being single and independent individuals who consider, like us, that a 40m2 apartment in this area is meant for one person only, due to hygiene and habitability conditions. I can also understand that maybe the salesperson didn't have a good day over the phone, or didn't know how to convey the understanding and explanation you needed at that moment; we all have days at work when we are not at 100%. I hope that if we meet again in the future in any context of life, you can have a pleasant experience with us like the vast majority of our clients. We cannot please everyone, no matter how hard we try; we keep trying. I appreciate your review as it helps us to improve.
Negative experience: Very bad experience. They omit information in the listings they post on idealista. For the Guidalera neighborhood, they had a flat posted, and when they called me, they asked how many people it was for, and since there are two of us, they said no, only for one. Since both of us work, WE COULD PAY MORE. You couldn't be more brazen. It's worth noting that the listing DOES NOT SPECIFY ANYTHING ABOUT IT BEING ONLY FOR ONE PERSON, and they had no intention of stating that either.
