Negative experience: abusive agency, they publish one price and when you call they say another because according to them it’s more VAT, they want to charge you an agency commission which is one month more with VAT, when that is prohibited but they claim they provide a service because they do a prior study, it is totally unfair because those who hire them are the owners, they offer the service to the owner, those of us who want to rent take on the task of looking for the property.
