Negative experience: They are not serious at all. They posted an apartment and we called as the first interested buyers, saying that we would go to see it at the first available appointment to be the first since we were very interested. We went that same afternoon, leaving everything half an hour after talking to them on the phone. When we were going up to see the apartment (and being the first to see it), they told us that 'they had sold it to another person who was buying it without seeing it.' We said at that moment that we would also take it, but they told us no, as there was already 'another person'... The salesman attended to us very well, but the management of the real estate agency was very poor.

We made a reservation for the apartment that was supposed to last 5 hours (the maximum allowed for a reservation compared to other agencies which is 1 day or more) and during this time, they sold it to someone else... A disgrace. Response to the Inmobilia message: First of all, I request that my husband's name not be disclosed as it is personal information and is protected by data protection laws. Secondly, we spoke with the salesperson at 9:07 conveying our intention to make an offer, we spoke with the salesperson again at 9:37 and she indicated that the apartment was still available but that there were other interested parties, accordingly, we made the reservation for the apartment at 9:46. The salesperson responded that it was fine, that she had forwarded our offer to her manager who would call us to formalize it. According to the company, at 9:30 some clients of that manager made an offer, everything indicates that the manager called his clients to inform them that there was an offer so that they could make their offer and he could prioritize it. Thirdly, it is false that my husband told Marcos that he wanted to visit the apartment before the offer.

From the very first minute, Coral appeared, giving us an assessment and suitable recommendations so that the sale would take place in a short time and at the highest possible price, and that is exactly what happened. They sold the house in 4 days. The sales team made more than 20 visits, and the Sales Manager Marcos closed the deposit contract for us. After a detailed valuation of the property and a clear mutual agreement on the terms, the service was agreed upon. In short, after several weeks with no visits to the property, a price drop to the owner due to their inability to attract potential buyers, and several uncomfortable conversations (9 visits in 70 days), the engagement period ended. Neither the initial valuation (property capture for sale) nor the course of the relationships has been advisable.
