Negative experience: They put on a show making me believe they had interested parties in my apartment. And no, it was the owner of the real estate agency and what they wanted was to capture me as a client, lying to me and wasting my time... it was regrettable.

Negative experience: I had a scheduled visit, I arrived on time and waited for 20 minutes, no one showed up. I called the agency and the agent I had arranged multiple times but they didn't answer or call me back. Today I called and was told that the visit was canceled due to some issue with the tenant, and I only found out today. This is not treating customers well and with respect. I am very disappointed and do not recommend the agency at all.

Negative experience: I leave this comment after finding an apartment, after a month of exhausting searching bumping into real estate agency after real estate agency that completely ignores the new Housing Law. My partner and I met with a real estate agent to see an apartment in Delicias. We arrived there and the owner was also in the apartment. After looking at the property, we reached the conditions, and that’s when I boiled with anger: 1 month deposit, two months guarantee, current month, and the non-payment insurance at the tenant’s expense, all totally abusive clauses. And, oh surprise, a month for the real estate agency. I looked at the lady and said, 'Excuse me, but this is forbidden, it’s the landlord who should pay the real estate agency’s services.' To which OSAN replied: 'It’s just that he and I do not have a contractual relationship.' At that point, I was shocked, because it was clear that since my partner and I are foreigners, they must have thought we are idiots, and I thought, 'Well then, can someone explain to me what this woman is doing here showing me this apartment?' The lack of shame, mediocrity, and eagerness to take advantage of the abusive rental conditions imposed by some owners and the people looking for apartments in Madrid are incalculable. But the fact that she told me to my face that she didn’t have a contractual relationship with that gentleman, and that I had to give her 1500 euros just like that, seemed more than outrageous. The lack of ethics, immorality, and abuse fall short. I would never hire even half a service from a real estate agency with such little shame. The law, gentlemen, is there to be followed, and neither you nor I are above it.

Negative experience: We have detected the posting of our apartments on idealista portals from your real estate agency and your own website. We request the immediate removal from these portals. Since their marketing without prior consent constitutes fraud.

Negative experience: Another fee oriented agency milking the market without any added value. HIGHLY RECOMMEND not to sign any document with them before seeing actual rental agreement. In my case there were parts and mistakes which were not clearly defined and could easily be misunderstood and interpreted in many ways.
