Negative experience: Terrible company! At least regarding the apartments they have in Cudillero, Asturias. Last week we stayed at 'El Mar de Casa en Cudillero by Bautecas' and it has absolutely nothing to do with the proposal they have listed on Booking. The WIFI connection is non-existent as it does not work, both for us and the other two remaining apartments. There is no parking nearby, it is a 20-minute walk uphill once you have arrived in the village, the apartment has a lot of humidity, the power goes out when you try to use the microwave and cook some eggs in the pan, and a long etcetera which we contacted the company directly about and received no response at all. The first day we arrived, the fridge did not work! The cleaning staff, Sergio and Camila, were the only ones who cared and managed to fix it for us, they have always been attentive. What I want to say with this review is that in the end, the only responsibility for the accommodation and its services that you pay for is this company, if it can be called that, which runs it and receives you with ignorance. This is the first and last time we will bet on this company. A SHAME. As soon as you see their name, stay away because they are pathetic.

Negative experience: The management of tourist apartments will be good for the owners who will get fresh cash, but if you can avoid renting something from this real estate agency for your vacation, I recommend it. They offer services they don't provide, the photos don't correspond with the accommodation, and they don't mention certain aspects that would be good to keep in mind before booking the accommodation. If you have any problems during your stay, they will not take responsibility; they have wonderful and friendly local staff who do their best to help you, but they have already collected the payment for your accommodation and completely ignore you.

Negative experience: BEWARE: they will charge you for damages that do not exist and you will be forced to pay since sites like Airbnb automatically close these cases out. The place was okay and was fairly dirty with our socks turning very dark to black. The bathroom stunk of mildew. Beware if you plan on staying with them.

Positive experience: We were missing a set of keys (they specified 2) but we didn't need it for just the 2 days we stayed. The house is very nice, clean, and comfortable. A little cold in the mornings and slightly smaller than it seemed in the picture. Still, totally recommended. Its location is unbeatable.

A beautiful studio apartment close to the Calle Gran Via, accessibility to everything you need restaurants, grocery stores, tapas bar, bar for breakfast and even the underground just two minutes to walk to the station Noviciado. I will really recommend Raul’ place it was amazing and even if we never met, he was really reliable and kind to providing you all the information you need. 5 ⭐️

We stayed in an apartment near Plaza España, very well connected with the metro, bus, Renfe... cafes, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. You're right in the center but in a quiet location! Fantastic experience: I stayed in a property near Plaza Castillas, and honestly, the flat is spectacular, completely renovated and with everything needed for a luxury vacation. Close to the area, there are all kinds of restaurants, even Michelin-starred ones, a nightlife area, and you also have the metro line that takes you directly to the city center where you can enjoy its different attractions such as: Gran Vía, Sol, Plaza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel, etc. Grateful to the host Raul who was very attentive to all our questions. Truly a 1000% recommended place. We will definitely return.

Nos permitieron dejar maletas antes del Check in, esto nos permitió hacer nuestro itinerario sin complicaciones agradezco mucho este gesto de Raul.
