Fantastic experience: Most professional and comprehensive rental property management service in Spain!. As an overseas Madrid flat owner, the service Home Select have provided for the last 15years has been outstanding and effortless for myself as owner. I must have visited the property just twice in those 15years, while the flat has been permanently rented, it has undergone extensive structural works and periodic high spec redecoration. The Home Select supervisors for my property have sorted all maintenance issues, taking full ownership of the problems and proactively contacting the "Comunidad de Vecinos", Insurance Company, while managing all the tradesmen involved in the situation. Their finance department always provided timely and comprehensive set of accounts for the tax returns. A true high end, anglosaxon like, customer service experience in Spain!. When the time came for the sale of the flat after 15years, they also have a Real Estate arm to take care of the Sale. The owners, Sandra and Daniel have instilled a culture of excellence in the company that one can feel even on their email communications. I strongly recommend it to anyone getting involved in spanish property!.
