Fantastic experience: We just sold our apartment with Tecnocasa, specifically at the José María de Pereda, 56 office and our contact person was Alejandro. We weren't sure whether to go through an agency or a freelance person we knew, but in the end we decided to work with the agency, it's more expensive but if you're in a hurry to sell it's the best option because they have a lot of people working. We visited several agencies but Tecnocasa was the one we liked the most, they explained everything very clearly and, above all, because they accepted the price we wanted. Not all agencies do this as they prefer to set a lower price to sell faster. What convinced us the most was that they told us they already had potential clients in the area interested in that specific type of apartment, so they believed they could sell it quickly. I imagine it’s not always like this but as soon as we listed it, they found a buyer on the first day! After that, there’s a lot of paperwork to do but Alejandro helped us a lot throughout the process, telling us all the paperwork needed, and he was also there on the signing day. I totally recommend them, thank you very much for everything!
