Negative experience: THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS. They tell you one thing when you sign a contract and end up doing whatever they want when it's finalized. Be very careful, everything they say should be attached to the contract because their word means nothing.

Negative experience: Hello, I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I feel it's necessary so that other people don't experience what unfortunately happened to us. We rented an apartment on Boltaña Street 90 3D through this agency ARZAL ASESORES INMOBILIARIOS. When we signed the contract, everything was fine until we moved into the apartment on 01/12/2022 and realized that it had been rented to us in poor condition with old appliances about to break. The washing machine wasn't working properly, the stove would turn on and off by itself after a few minutes. The fridge wasn't cooling well because it was extremely old. The apartment had scratches, the living room had all the electrical outlets damaged, there were many leaks throughout the kitchen and one bedroom, not to mention the pictures and furniture in poor condition. When we communicated this to LOLA, they immediately sent us the number of (the landlord) as it was her responsibility to resolve it, but at the end of the contract, the landlord didn't want to talk to us about returning the deposit, only directly with LOLA AND SONIA. They told us we could throw away what we didn't want. We threw away 2 mattresses that were broken and infested with dust mites. Old pictures that clearly didn't interest the owner. 2 broken sofas with damaged legs, etc. They took more than 15 days to provide another stove and washing machine. I got pregnant a few months later, and conveniently after the landlord learned about my pregnancy, she along with the REAL ESTATE representatives LOLA PERALTA decided to sell the house just after having one year of the 5-year contract we had signed. They notified us that they would sell the house so that we would vacate it. They said, 'WE ARE IN NO HURRY,' but every month they called asking when we would hand over the apartment. During that time, my daughter was born. And the house still had a lot of leaks; every time it rained, a river of water filled the whole house, also affecting the neighbor. Finally, we moved, and to our great surprise, they did not return the deposit of €1200; they only returned €500 because they charged us (everything as NEW) for the broken and damaged furniture, the mattresses in poor condition, the curtains that got wet from the water leak, the pictures, the cleaning that they claimed they paid for (THEY DID NOT SHOW ANY INVOICES). They simply deducted the money at their convenience when they clearly told us we could throw away what we didn't want or what was damaged. When I called the landlord to REMIND HER that they clearly said on the signing day that we could THROW AWAY, she said, 'YES, I SAID IT, BUT I DID NOT WRITE IT IN THE CONTRACT.' In other words, her word DOES NOT COUNT! Let everyone know how RACIST they are; they know they acted in the worst way and are liars who play with other people's families. They have no respect or professionalism.
