Negative experience: After 6 months of buying my apartment, one day I went by and it is still displayed in reserved mode. I do not recommend this real estate agency at all, my experience was the worst.

Fantastic experience: Great professional Oscar, perseverant, honest, and very resourceful. After more than a year and several visits made, he was able to sell my apartment at a good market price!

Negative experience: In March, six months ago, I contacted this real estate agency about an apartment they had for sale. María was kind enough to show me the property. I expressed my interest, and we agreed to put down a deposit the next (working) day. That same morning, she called me to say that the paperwork for the property was not up to date, and we couldn't proceed with the deposit, but since I was the first interested party, she would keep me updated on the process. A month later (thinking that things were moving forward even though I hadn't received any news), I requested another visit to the property (since it had humidity issues and I wanted to see how it was after the rains), and I was surprised to discover that after my appointment and for the next day, María had a full schedule for that same apartment. I expressed my interest again (still not understanding the situation), and we set another appointment to handle the deposit paperwork, and I was surprised again to find out that there were new pending processes (official cancellation of a mortgage that had been expired for over 30 years, pending capital gains payments...). Not only did they not apologize for this (I don't know to what extent it is legal to put a property for sale without having the paperwork in order), but they pressured me to sign the non-refundable deposit, also requiring me to pay the agency's commission percentage in the same transaction. This very irregular situation created a lot of doubts for me, and I decided not to proceed with it until it was resolved (assuming the risk of not getting the property). To my surprise, María called me a month later to inform me that the paperwork was almost processed and that she was counting on me. To this day, four months after that call, there has been no further contact, and I fear that the property has already been sold to another buyer. A quite disappointing real estate agency regarding processes, treatment, and trust in the buyer.

Fantastic experience: El profesional que nos enseñó el lunes 2 de Agosto de 2021 se llama Pablo y trabaja en Inmobiliarias Encuentro fue puntual, nos explico los detalles de la finca que visitamos y cuando tuvimos duda concretamente si estaba permitido tender en un patio comunitario de dicha finca contacto de forma pronta para darnos detalles de ello. Negative experience: El agente de la operación entre nuestro arrendador y nosotros no nuestra interés en la operación, provoca múltiples problemas al garantizarnos condiciones que después no había consensuado con el arrendador y lleva a ambos extremos a un punto de elevada tensión e incertidumbre. Incompetentes y no profesionales. No recomendable ni como parte arrendadora ni como arrendatario.
