Fantastic experience: Hotel con una ubicación histórica pues se ubica en la antigua casa de la familia Rosales donde se ocultó Federico García Lorca y fue apresado. Allí pasó sus últimas horas. El hotel se encuentra en el centro cerca de la catedral y de las zonas con mas ambiente. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero muy limpias y acogedoras. No pongo cinco estrellas porque se nota una falta de mantenimiento en ellas (tapa del inodoro suelta, la maneta de la puerta está un poco suelta y cuesta entrar). Respecto al trato del personal es impecable, tanto por parte de los recepcionistas como del personal de limpieza. Recomendable por la ubicación y el trato, volvería.

Positive experience: El hotel está muy bien ubicado, con todo a mano para poder disfrutar de la zona. La mujer de recepción fue majísima y nos atendió con mucha amabilidad. El edificio es antiguo, pero conserva la esencia, lo cual le da un encanto especial. Como punto negativo, la habitación no estaba del todo limpia. Además, uno de los motivos por los que escogimos este hotel fue porque me encanta Lorca, y echamos en falta que nadie nos explicara la historia del hotel ni su relación con Lorca. En cuanto al desayuno, el primer día nos enviaron a la cafetería (según el número de habitaciones se desayuna allí o en el buffet). Soy celíaca y noté que los chicos de la cafetería iban un poco perdidos con el tema de la contaminación cruzada y la comida sin gluten. Sin embargo, al día siguiente ya en el buffet, el chico que estaba allí me ofreció pan sin gluten ( envasado para evitar la contaminación cruzada ) y la atención fue bastante mejor. Las opciones siguen siendo un poco limitadas, ya que si tienes intolerancias o alergias casi todo está junto ( no hay una zona específica para celíacos entonces la gente cogía el pan, fiambre … todo a la vez y se contaminaba ) y tuve que ceñirme a lo que estaba envasado, pero al menos hay algunas alternativas. En general, una buena experiencia con detalles que, si se cuidan, podrían hacerla mucho mejor.

Le hemos preguntado al señor de recepción ( el mismo que nos ha indicado donde era la cafetería) Y nos dice es que ustedes no me han dicho que estsban hospedados Hombre de Dios, si nos has visto bajar de la habitación En fin, debe ser, la famosa mala folla, granaina

Positive experience: Nos entregan a las dos habitaciones reservadas una llave maestra a cada uno, es decir, cualquiera podía abrir la habitación del otro, lo peor, es pensar que a todos los clientes les entreguen llaves que pueden abrir cualquiera de las habitaciones del hotel, increíble. Las habitaciones limpias eso sí, pero para ser un 3 estrellas no cumple el mínimo. Por otro lado, para ducharte con agua caliente debes de desperdiciar al menos 10/12 minutos de agua hasta que esta se atempera, ni me imagino el desperdicio total del agua diariamente. La cafetería bien, cumple y los empleados correcto también.

Fantastic experience: La ubicación del Reina Cristina es muy céntrica lo que te facilita conocer Granada,es un hotel con mucha historia que ha sabido conservar el pasado hasta el día de hoy. Las habitaciones no son las más lujosas del mundo pero hacia tiempo que no dormía tan bien. Recalcar por último el trato excelente del Jose Luis que nos facilitó la estancia e hizo que fuese maravillosa, gracias Jose Luis !

Positive experience: The shower head was loose and hit my boyfriend. But it was clean and very central. The receptionist with white hair was inefficient, didn’t understand anything, and messed up the parking management, and we ended up paying more.

Fantastic experience: The rooms are not luxurious but they don't need to be. The location in the heart of Granada, just a step away from the Cathedral and Plaza Bib Rambla. The staff is lovely, which for me is more important than luxury in the rooms. A very cozy place and ideal for spending at least a weekend.

Positive experience: We are very happy with the personalized service that Fernando has given us, it is a pleasure to eat or have breakfast in a restaurant with such good customer care as he has provided.

Negative experience: Upon arriving on Friday night, February Friday, the heating in the room was not working. The solution was to give us a heater. In the morning, there was no hot water. According to them, the boiler had turned off... and the shower hose was broken, so it looked like a sprinkler. We reported it. They changed the hose, by noon there was hot water but the heating still didn't work. In fact, it didn't work on Sunday either. The coffee machine for breakfast was also broken on Saturday morning. They made us coffee at the hotel bar. In summary, a three-star hotel that I don't know why it has such status. The staff were nice and willing to solve the problems, but poorly resolved. At check-out time, I thought they would have some gesture and give us a discount for all the mess. But no, they didn't even mention it.

Positive experience: The room is very spacious but needs updating. Everything feels very outdated, the bathroom and the taps are so old that the shower is not relaxing since it's difficult to adjust the water temperature. The location is excellent, but they need to invest. The elderly gentleman at the reception was just okay.

Negative experience: I think it's an excellent location, but we just arrived after 3 days, and the room is lacking quite a bit in hygiene. I was traveling with a 5-year-old child, and this facility does not seem normal to me. We didn't have heating; they brought us a heater with a short cord. The hairdryer was broken, the bathtub had quite a few chips, and there was a lot of mold from humidity that was not cleaned. The pillows were average. The balcony door did not close; I don't know if it was misaligned or broken. That said, the waiters are exceptional, especially Daniel. He was a great person.

Negative experience: This hotel is nowhere near three-star quality, all the photos provided do not reflect reality, some services they offer are not provided, a three-star hotel cannot have a broken shower door that falls off, in short, I am completely disappointed and very unhappy.

Positive experience: Hotel in the city center. We stayed for one night, we chose it because we were traveling with our dog. The staff was very friendly and approachable. The facilities are old, but nothing is lacking (hairdryer, heating, shower with good water pressure...) The room had a fridge, extra pillows, and extra blankets. The beds were new and super comfortable. The breakfast is quite complete, with a variety of bread, cold cuts, pastries, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs... we got the room we chose on booking. In terms of value for money and its location (right in the center, a five/ten minute walk to most places of interest), it is perfect. If we plan to return, we will consider staying here again.

Negative experience: Literally what you ask for and what you get! We had a deluxe double room and as can be seen in the pictures, it does not correspond at all to what was requested. The room was poorly equipped, the hairdryer holder was falling off, the sink was half detached with all the silicone rotten, the bathtub was yellow (and when we complained they washed it and the yellow almost disappeared completely) and they didn't dust or sweep. The breakfast buffet was a complete disaster, the dishes were dirty! Glasses, plates, tablecloths... then you had to keep asking for things continuously that had run out and they didn't replenish, leaving 1.5 hours to finish the buffet time (it is very uncomfortable to have to keep asking all the time, for water, for juice, for milk for the chocolate milk, for crushed tomato for the toast...) finally, the rooms were separated by a cardboard, you literally fart and the person next door hears it (real) not to mention the external noise and the noise from the old doors of the rooms that shake you every time someone enters or exits the rooms. Solution from the hotel was null! The only good thing was the location. Thanks to the wonderful people of Granada we had a great vacation forgetting a bit about the disaster of the hotel.

Negative experience: I chose it for the location, which is great, but I wouldn't go back. The rooms are old, which I was already aware of, but everything is very neglected. The shower cable doesn't reach the holder, there were chips and cracks in the ceiling. The bathroom is a mess. In short, there are definitely better options for the same price, which was not cheap.

Positive experience: Good location and absolutely clean. Nice staff who are very friendly. Unfortunately, everything is very noisy. However, in the room with the number 111, the toilet is only suitable for people up to 50 kilos. I have attached a picture of it. Result, we will come back but we will definitely take another room.

Negative experience: It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life, and it has three stars. Everything was wrong, nonexistent cleaning, mold on the curtains, tiny rooms, a shameful breakfast, and very cunning...my room is not in any photo, but I'm here to put it up.

Negative experience: Very poor experience. The room given to us was substandard. No real beds, just mattress on a metal frame. Didn’t want to release the reservation or change rooms. They blame Expedia for the difficulty. Habitaciones: Substandard. The pictures on-line miss represented the actuality of how the room is. Seguridad: For reasons unknown to me, my key was able to open all and any room in the hotel. When i reported the problem, they indicated that the key belonged to the cleaning staff.

Negative experience: I chose a single room for about €48 after seeing that it was three stars and the photo and proximity to the center convinced me. The staff's treatment at check-in was excellent, but when I entered the room, the cleanliness left much to be desired, some stains on the sheets, the shower with hair, the curtain had mold, the toilet was leaking yellow water and the bottom didn't look clean, the floor with lint.... It leaves much to be desired in that aspect, however, since I only needed it for one night, I didn't mention anything to the staff. I do not recommend it as a stay; there are better options. Also, the building, the facilities, and the place itself are too old.

Negative experience: I was shocked by this 3* hotel. There is no fridge nor microwave in my room. There is also no common microwave in some sort of cafeteria/common room. There is a desk and a chair but the space is too tight that you won't able to put the chair next to the desk. I could not rest because of outside noise.

The location is very good to move around the city center CONS Smell. The lobby and elevator constantly smells of humidity. Like if somebody farted and somehow the fart stayed in the lobby forever. Noise. My room was in the second floor. You can hear the street noise, the corridor noise, the conversations people are having on the rooms next to yours to a normal level of talking. I literally know everything about my neighbor's couple issues. Only had about 4 hours of silence during the night. Cleanliness. Yellow stains in pillows, sink and curtains. There is no ventilation in the bathroom unless you open the window (which could mean trouble during Winter or cold months). Heating. Heating wasn't heating. When I arrived to my room first thing, somebody left the window open and it was freezing cold. I switched on the central heating for an hour. Nada. Nothing. Zero. Only noise and wind flushing, no heating whatsoever. Also, the hot water was more like a mild natural water. Showers were running all on hot water and was similar to a mid-hot temperature.

Fantastic experience: I went to see it, I did not stay there, I liked it a lot because of the history it has and the decoration, beautiful.

All the people I know from my experience staying here have had bad experiences, meaning that most of us have had problems with the dining due to the fatigue it caused.
