Negative experience: I add after the response that you HAVE had contact with me and I had to go to your office after several days of delays to claim the deposit that you supposedly returned to me, which was not the case. Therefore, you ARE playing with my money and I insist on your lack of professionalism and violation of data protection. It's a disgrace of a real estate agency and 'professionals'. To begin with, the brutal commission they charge the buyer, who only did the work of looking for an apartment on Idealista, and oh, what a misfortune that it is managed by the real estate agency. Dealing with the owner directly would be much simpler, and I speak from experience. You sign up to be called and they never call you even if the apartment that matches your requirements appears. Then they play with your money, they do not meet deadlines and finally, and most importantly, they bypass data protection in all respects to the point of being able to report them; thanks to them, I could have ended up on the street. Moreover, they are like pests behind the apartments of individuals and do not stop going to buildings looking for prey, which coincidentally happens during the doorman's break hours.
