Negative experience: Maigualda, an employee of the firm, has pulled our leg. She showed me an apartment in Pozuelo that I was interested in and asked me for the commission for the agency plus VAT, something that is against the law, as the commission has to be paid by the owner. She was allegedly asking for two commissions from the owner and from me. People with such little scruples should not be working in this field; they cause a lot of harm to true professionals, and the law must be followed, gentlemen of Engels&Volkers.

Negative experience: This agency charges a commission and does not provide any customer service anymore.
