Negative experience: Last week we arranged to meet them to view a flat. We requested it to be at 10:00 AM, but they indicated it had to be at 10:15 AM (they choose the time). We met at the Kiron office on Calle Quero and, at 10:25 AM, while waiting on the street with no news about why the salesperson was delayed (a courtesy call, for example), we called to cancel the visit since their delay was going to delay all our other appointments with other agencies. We were surprised when they responded that the salesperson was on the way... we don't know where. Disqualified for future occasions. A delay of 5 minutes is justified, 10 minutes with a heads-up is also acceptable, but 10 minutes without notifying the client? Is that the respect you have for other people's time? A complete lack of professionalism.

Negative experience: A total disaster, I left €3000 as a deposit for an apartment I wanted to buy, and all they did was stall me. They wasted my time for 11 days without giving me an answer, and they are supposed to refund your money within 5 days of rejecting your offer, but mine took much longer while they just kept giving me excuses. Then, when they finally refunded me, I told them I wanted to increase my offer, and they said no problem, that the apartment was still available. I told them I would pay what they asked for, and they said there was already someone downstairs buying it. They had sold it while holding my deposit and came up with that nonsense. If you can, stay away from this Tecnocasa branch; it will only bring you problems and headaches. I will contact customer service to let them know how this branch operates and how they play with people, and I won't mention the name of the salesperson who caused all this mess since they are very young and hopefully will change; otherwise, they will have a really rough time in life.

As we mentioned to you and as you have in the document you signed for the reservation, the property has 15 calendar days to provide a response; we cannot force the property to give an immediate answer. We must consider that when there are several parties involved, it is ultimately an important decision about their assets. At no time did we continue with the promotion of the property at the time of the reservation; however, due to the price and the volume of interested parties, we notified them that the property was not available. The moment your deposit was refunded, we contacted those interested parties to continue with the promotion. It is unfortunate that after two days you became interested in the property again, but just as we respected your offer, we respect the offer of the person interested at that time.
