They ask you to wait on the phone and finally say that if you can wait an hour, they might come. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend signing anything with them because you run the serious risk of losing money. To make matters worse, they respond to reviews misrepresenting the truth. Just like when they told me that the salesperson was now leaving the property (Carracedo, 27) and it was a lie, he was at home. Negative experience: Initially, it appears to be a real estate agency like any other, but it is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and SERIOUSLY untrustworthy, in my personal opinion. They showed me an apartment; I fixed a price with them, they said it was perfect, and then after waiting a week filled with excuses and absurd pretexts, they told me that the other owner of the property did not agree with conditions that were never negotiated and that I was rejected to buy. Today, it is listed on Idealista (after three days) that the apartment is no longer available. THE QUESTION IS WHETHER THE APARTMENT HAD ANOTHER OFFER OR THEY THEMSELVES HAD RESOLD IT. VERY DISAPPOINTING TREATMENT WHEN POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS WILLING TO BUY ARE TREATED THIS WAY. THE TRUTH ALWAYS SHINES, AND THIS ONE IS VERY MURKY REGARDING EVERYTHING. MOREOVER, I NEVER GOT TO SPEAK WITH THE DIRECTOR OF THE REAL ESTATE AGENCY AFTER I CALLED AND REQUESTED TO TALK TO HIM, AND I WAS NOTIFIED THAT HE WOULD CALL ME. It is not about whether they sold me the apartment or not, as there are plenty of apartments; it is about respect and keeping one’s word in this business. It was a week that I waited for them and they told me not to look at other apartments. What a shame ☺️ that many people put their homes in agencies that operate like this.

No complaints for looking at the apartment several times; he didn’t ghost us when we made a low offer on the house, as was the case with Red Piso, which completely ignored us... in this real estate agency, they were attentive to us and were very friendly and professional. Negative experience: Well, I wouldn’t know where to start evaluating these great professionals (sarcasm). Let me tell you my story... I went to see an apartment they had listed on Idealista and everything seemed fine to me, price (€1200/month), conditions… etc. In fact, I left a deposit of €200 to reserve the apartment and after that, they sent me the draft of the usual housing contract in which everything seemed normal. As in any new rental, they requested 1 month of deposit + current month + fees for the agency (+ VAT) (I am aware that this last point should be paid by the property owners and not the tenants). This is why I requested the agency to provide me with an invoice for this last part (the fees) since if they charge it with VAT, they should have issued an invoice. Also, since it was more than €1000, they should receive it by bank transfer. It was at this moment that things started to change. Firstly, they were asking me for this amount of €1200 + VAT in cash and not by transfer (something that doesn’t give me security since that movement is not recorded in the bank) and secondly, they were calling me (not writing) to try to convince me that, as a student, they could charge me this commission without VAT as a 'favor' (so they wouldn’t issue me the invoice). In this call, I insisted that I wanted the price with VAT included. The next day, they tried to call me several times and finally ended up calling my roommate saying that the owners didn’t feel safe with the new tenants and wanted to change this initial draft of the contract to a temporary housing contract (they notified us of this two days before the signing that had been set). We know that this change in contract implies many disadvantages for us, such as an annual increase in the price of the property, being evicted from the apartment whenever they want with 30 days' notice, and that we are the ones who pay that month’s commission… We would not be covered by the urban leasing law nor by the new housing law. In summary, we were not interested at all in these new conditions. What did they do? Smoke bomb. All of this was handled by Adriana (who took vacation halfway through the process) and her boss Carlos. Come on, what experts. PS: As I have read in other negative reviews, I imagine that I will not appear in their computer database either, but for anyone who wants to corroborate, they can write to me and I will send all the conversations.

Negative experience: Good morning, I don't think they deserve even one star. I rented an apartment with the AVC real estate agency on Camarera Street and it seems to me a lack of professionalism. The only thing they care about is the commission. I will not provide the reason out of respect for the owner of the apartment who really knows how the agency that managed my rental operates. What I am writing is not false, I simply want people to know how you work. I have the rental contract and the WhatsApps, the ones who are lying are you by saying that I am not in the database.

Fantastic experience: Llevo muchos años alquilando mi piso con esta agencia (desde 2011). Nunca he tardado más de un mes en alquilarlo y todas las gestiones me las hacen ellos. Una o dos veces al año me llaman para ver cómo va el alquiler y si tengo algún problema con los inquilinos. Un trato muy atento y agradable.

Negative experience: He llamado para pedir información para alquiler de un piso, y me han dicho que pasarán los datos al seguro para evaluarme, cuando ni siquiera me preguntaron como me llamo, a qué me dedico, de cuanto son mis ingresos... Simplemente se quedan con mi número y dicen que me llamarán, y cita para una visita, necesitan aprobación del seguro? pésimo, he trabajado con varias inmobiliarias, pero ninguna tan mala y hasta un tanto discriminativa cómo está.

Fantastic experience: Una inmobiliaria de lujo. En el mes de Agosto, que es un mes difícil para poder firmar una compra- venta lo hicimos. Desde el principio el trato ha sido ejemplar, transparente y sobre todo formal, algo que en este sector escasea. Mi experiencia tan pésima ha sido con la empleada Adriana. contacte para hacer una visita para un alquiler: primero quedan en llamar y no lo hacen, les reclamas y dicen que es que no habré visto sus llamadas. Después me dan cita y cuando vamos a confirmar el día de la visita me dicen que por el hecho de trabajar en el sector de los seguros que nada de dar partes,que los pisos no son perfectos y que si quiero algo me lo tendre que arreglar yo, que ya soy mayorcita. Después consideran que por ser mi primera vivienda y alquilar sola pues que no piense que los pisos no son perfectos. No sólo me prejuzga sino que me trata de manera despectiva. Y para concluir me dice que lleve 300€ bajo el brazo en efectivo para reservar y sino que hay muchos bancos por la zona. Total no he hecho la visita a la vivienda porque la profesionalidad y el trato recibido ha sido de lo peor en el sector inmobiliario. Si no cumples el perfil que ellos quieren este es el TRATO

Negative experience: Buenos días mi experiencia con este agencia muy mala y la gente muy grosera llamo para preguntar por un piso y me contestaron que ya estaba alquilado si es así quiten de fotocasa el piso que tienen , segundo en vez de ganarse el cliente me corto directamente, si no tienen ganas de trabajar no trabajen pero no sean groseros sepan tratar los clientes . Yo trabajo con clientes y por mal día que tenga o por menos me guste mi trabajo no soy grosera que poca gente profesional deberían mejor sus empleados y darle una clase de como atender sus Clientes. Posdata respondo al comentario del inmobiliaria llame por este piso y tengo la llamada hecha del móvil al número vuestro y me dijeron que ya estaba alquilado que no había más piso y me cortaron de una manera grosera si no esta este piso quitarlo del anuncio si esta reservado igualmente , y por cierto hable con una chica menos mal que no me acuerdo del nombre o creo que no me lo dije pero por favor den cursos a su empleados es ua opinión gracias
