There were only two things we didn't like much: initially we were told a price for the community that turned out to be a bit more expensive, and a parking space that actually does not exist. However, I don't know to what extent this was due to the sellers not being totally transparent or a mistake. Everything else was great and we are very happy with the purchase. Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with Red Piso from Calle Camarena for renting. María was very rude and attentive. I lived in the apartment for 5 years until I decided to leave, and when I signed the final contract, notifying 2 months in advance before signing, the owner of the apartment showed up with someone named Jeiser, who was rude and demanding that I had to hand over the keys and vacate the apartment. They entered the house forcing me to leave, treated me and my friend very badly without having a place to go; I only had one day left before signing the contract. That dark-skinned girl, I think she’s Cuban, kept saying that the owner of the apartment was her client and that I should pay a month’s rent. I was a client but to leave the apartment, I was nothing. I do not recommend this to anyone. They only care about the landlord; tenants are nothing.

Negative experience: A little while ago, someone from your company passed through my community once again. I told her, who is the face of the company, and I want to make it clear that I hope you have the delicacy to respect the meal and rest times of the neighbors. It is not the right time to barge into a community, outside of the concierge's hours, because you know you have restricted access. You disturb, you are intrusive, you ask questions that are not appropriate. Personally, I am not going to make any real estate transactions; if that were the case, I would look for someone to do it with, and given your way of working, it wouldn't be you. I have worked in real estate, but I have never invaded anyone's private space or disturbed them during rest times unless I had received instructions regarding it from someone involved. Your agent entered the community at approximately 14:40 and left around 16:00. Would you like someone to bang on your door during that timeframe to offer something you neither want nor need? I give one star because I am required to, but it is difficult for me.

Negative experience: THE TREATMENT AND BEHAVIOR ARE TERRIBLE, I scheduled to see an apartment and they left me hanging, they forgot the appointment and therefore I had to wait for them for 40 minutes. Then, once they come, the treatment is lamentable, I get the feeling that we are bothering the salesperson who comes, and to top it off, they tell us the fees they charge for their awful service, and THEY ARE THE MOST EXPENSIVE WITHOUT A DOUBT, I WILL NEVER DO ANYTHING WITH THEM....... They leave much to be desired.
