I must say that the treatment with Antonio was very good, a great professional, and we had the visit with Emilio, who is a promising young man who will gain more experience as he grows. We had no issues with the treatment and all requested information. The only downside, if I had to mention one, is the high price charged by Tecnocasa. I understand that there are more complicated operations and houses that are more expensive to sell. But when a buying and selling operation is completed on the first visit and without problems... it should be cheaper. I also want to mention Santi from the Kiron group. He managed the entire operation with the bank and all the many questions we had, and he was available at any hour for whatever we needed. A 10 for him.

A young guy named Alberto attended me with no professionalism whatsoever. I always acted in good faith, but I did not receive the same treatment from the office director António, and the most astonishing thing was that this man openly acknowledged that they tell white lies, excuse me? You can’t lie when buying a house, which is such an important decision. But that's the only thing they know how to do well: to negotiate the price, they make you sign a contract to negotiate the price, and that's where they trap you. Of course, you have to show some formality, but they don't have it. Not recommended at all; don't request their services, there are real estate agents in the area who are professionals. Take another path because you deceived me from the beginning; there is no justification for your lack of professionalism. He also told me he would refund my money. At least tell the truth!!!
