Negative experience: It's regrettable, I made a contract with my roommate for a two-bedroom apartment, after signing the contract they tell us that we have to pay a monthly fee to the real estate agency for the management, which is illegal since a law came out in May 2023 stating that tenants cannot be charged for the management of the apartment contract. After mentioning this law, they break the contract and say they want nothing to do with us anymore, regrettable.

Negative experience: Falta de profesionalidad. Y dice que no he pagado.. quisiste 50 euros de fianza como propietario yo te lleve la plaza de garaje a la inquilina le cobraste la mitad, y el contrato lo firmaste tu y no eres propietario. Como persona...lo tuyo no tiene nombre.

El problema aquí es que no puede hablar de profesionalidad, porque no nos ha pagado nuestros honorarios, con lo cual no es cliente nuestro. Además Jose Antonio le ha hecho una gestión completamente gratis que es una pena que no valore y se le haya olvidado añadir. Creemos definitivamente que el problema es suyo por varios motivos que no vamos a citar aquí y esperamos que no se vuelva a repetir una situación así. Nos consiguieron un piso de alquiler que estaba impecable, con la cocina amueblada, como nueva, recién pintado y muy limpio. Y con un precio muy bueno. Y pusimos nuestro piso en venta y nos consiguieron unos compradores con bastante rapidez.
