Fantastic experience: Rewarding experience with this family when managing the rental with the owner of the apartment, achieving what we wanted, very attentive at all times, very polite and very approachable from Alfredo. I will definitely come back here if I change apartments again.

Negative experience: It's total trash, I've been calling for two days and no one picks up, plus they're closed in the afternoon.

Negative experience: Without a doubt, all that glitters is not gold. Upon entering, the conditions are incredible, but once in the apartment, the demands are terrible. Pets are not allowed, however, the entire neighborhood has 1, 2, or even 3 pets. 'No... it's just that those are old clauses'... Due to work reasons, I have to leave the apartment which was intended for regular living, leaving the apartment spotless (something they didn't do at the time of delivery) and on top of that, helping so that instead of waiting until the 15th of the month (when I moved in), new tenants can enter earlier to avoid losing money. They tell you that this is how life is and that you should pay the fees and good luck with the 15 days. If it weren't for the fact that it is a family-run business managed by the two brothers (who act as if they were strangers), everything would be great because the neighbors are very fed up with the real estate agency and eager to leave their areas. Obviously, the law is the law... But above all, we are people ;) that should never be forgotten, especially after having problematic people in blocks that disturbed and threatened coexistence.

Negative experience: I warn you, they are going to try to keep your deposit and everything they can that belongs to you. Their behavior is very inappropriate. Perhaps the worst people I have ever encountered. To put it in a gentle and diplomatic way. I would warmly define them as 'vermin'. I edit to respond: You have 20 negative reviews, all saying the same thing, and you always respond that it is the tenant's fault, what bad luck you have, huh? If I post the screenshots from WhatsApp, you would be embarrassed. I really doubt your reputation can fall any further; just look at what you receive.

Negative experience: An agency that does not return deposits. I left an apartment last June and I'm still waiting for the return of the deposit, or at least proof of what they accuse me of. According to them, I haven't paid all the bills and the property was damaged when I returned the keys. For my part, I left it clean, and all the bills I know of have been paid. I strongly advise against this agency for all foreigners.

Negative experience: A shame of a real estate agency, I do not recommend it at all, we are 4 students who took a bus trip from Almería to Granada to see apartments, we had an appointment with a man at 1:30 PM, the heat was 41 degrees, we had been viewing apartments since early morning and when we told him that we decided on the apartment we saw and that we wanted to reserve it, zero contact, he doesn't respond, leaves everything read, does not answer messages or calls, he has left 4 students asking about the paperwork and the deposit and reservation payment, he doesn't understand how important it is for us to be notified that he is not renting it to us because WE CANCELLED APARTMENT OPTIONS FOR THAT ONE! We are at a time when we should already have an apartment!!! All in all, a total shame, terrible experience with this bunch of people, I give it one star because I can't give less.

Negative experience: Totalmente informales y poco confiables

Negative experience: Vergonzoso, uno se esfuerza en dejar el piso limpio, pagando todo al día y aún así venga a poner excusas para intentar quedarse la fianza o parte de ella. Caraduras! A estudiar!! *Porque no aparezca en vuestra base de datos (excusa que veo que ponéis a todas las reseñas para alegar que es una reseña falsa) no quiere decir que mi opinión respecto a ustedes sea falsa. No vayáis de lastimicas llorando porque la gente os ponga reseñas falsas negativas y encima vacilando como he leído en alguna de vuestras respuestas. Para falsas algunas de las reseñas positivas que tenéis. Si hiciéseis las cosas bien no os pasaría esto así que por favor dejad de ser tan tipiquillos. Llastimas! Escudos escudos escudos escudos!

Negative experience: Buenos dias Hace ya unos meses que dejamos el piso que está gente en su día nos dio para alquilar No lo entregan sucio ni tan siquiera fue capaz de encender la luz del piso mi amiguito Alfredo el cual acude al piso con su perrito tequila jajajaja es que es de película después de todo me pego un año con mi pareja viviendo en dicho piso el cual no se preocuparon ni tan siquiera en quitar los tornillos de las cuatro chapuzas que hicieron me Dan un somier pero las patas no son la suya pues nada a dormir al suelo los días siguientes me traen 6 patas pero resulta que una no encaja pues nada ni tan siquiera nos pusieron el somier bien nos Dan el piso con la luz del trastero encendía dicha luz suma en mi contador dicho trastero no lo alquilo pero no pasa nada se paga esa luz no hay miedo El día de la entrega del piso se presentan alfredito y su dueña la cual dice que los pisos se entregan perfectos menos mal que nos estuve allí yo si no os tragais la puerta de la entrada pero bueno me quitasteis 30 euros de la fianza por limpieza pero bueno para vosotros que vivís de la especulación de la venta de un piso que otro a trabajado para tener en fin buitres que podemos esperar alfredito espero que con mis treinta euros te compres una agenda para apuntar las cosas que tienes la cabeza echa un asco saludos i ya nos veremos por la ciudad amigo que me queda con ganas de poder verte para darte un abrazo amigo

Negative experience: Nula profesionalidad Recibí un trato pésimo con indicaciones contradictorias, intento de gestiones no regladas. Recibí amenazas y gritos telefónicamente. No lo recomiendo.
