Negative experience: Beware of Gilmar Jeronimos-Retiro! When you visit the rental property, they ask for agency commission. This practice is completely prohibited by the Urban Lease Law when it comes to long-term rentals (no matter how much they try to dress it up with fancy names), and it is also contrary to free competition as it harms other real estate agencies that do comply with the law. For example, we have gone to DIZA Consultores and they indeed comply with the law, everything is transparent. So I just hope that little by little they and the other honest professionals will take them down a peg.
