Positive experience: It's a great place, but the lack of cleanliness puts you off. I will return to see if with this comment they sweep under the beds and scrub the showers. Then I had a rally day with deafening noise from 7 am to 11 pm. They also train daily on their roads. But it's not the camping's problem, it's the town hall's.

Positive experience: We stayed in one of their small cabins. They have two beds, a wardrobe, heating, and on the terrace, a table and chairs. We were just passing through but had a great time, and you can stay for more than a day if you are looking for tranquility, without needing extra comfort. Amazing views and the communal bathrooms are good. We paid for breakfast and the freshly made omelette won us over. Good attention from the owner. Camping located among mountains and you can visit towns/villages spending the day in the area.

Positive experience: A very nice camping site, the location is great, whenever you want to disconnect, the village is just two minutes by car and there are plenty of places to shop. The cabins are nice and have heating, you can bring your dog and there's an area to let it be loose, as long as it's controlled and not aggressive. The beds are good, showers with hot water, they have a café and offer various activities, still, call to inquire. The price is 10, a week with the dog for less than 300. I repeat, call to inquire or visit the website as it is more expensive on Booking. I recommend it for people who want to disconnect and go with their dog. (In no camping site do they allow you to leave the dog in the cabin and go out, it's logic.) In summary, recommended.

Positive experience: We traveled with children. We were there for 5 nights. Upon arrival, the beginning was not the best. The manager was not having a great day, and their manners might not have been desirable. Then things improved; we went climbing at the climbing wall. They informed us about places to visit. They had a few nice touches; in short, it was good. The facilities show the passage of time in an area with harsh weather, and the lack of maintenance is noticeable. There is no luxury. We stayed in two cabins, and both the furniture and the beds need to be replaced. The showers and bathrooms are the same. Several are not functioning well. In short, they need maintenance. Still, these days were what I needed. The camping site is well situated. It is large and appreciated with children. They are entertained with bikes, scooters, or a ball. The terraces of the cabins with their chairs and table offer space to chat or have a drink. It is a very quiet place (at least when we went). It met my needs for relaxation, disconnection, and good location. I have to point out the lack of maintenance and help for Paco, who seemed to be all alone.

Positive experience: Hello: First of all, I want to make it clear that I don't usually write reviews, and even less so when they are negative. It is not my role to comment on the accommodation, the facilities, etc., since this can be a very subjective matter, and sometimes, we customers are not easy either, I admit. However, in the most polite way possible, I do want to express my indignation at the treatment I received from one of the people in charge of the camping upon my arrival. I had been mountain hiking for several days in other areas of León (Cabreira, Ancares...), but I wanted to get to know the Laciana Natura camping for possible future plans, as I particularly like the area and the economic conditions of the accommodation are very reasonable for those of us who travel alone. I was able to speak by phone with one of the managers, to whom I expressed my desire to stay for just one night (I didn’t plan on more; it was the end of my trip) in a little cabin that I had been observing days earlier on Booking. This person, very polite at all times (which is appreciated), told me that yes, I could stay, and that he would inform his colleague to be there at 21:00 (the time I suggested for my arrival, as I was two hours away). Shortly after arriving at the camping, and finding no one there, I called the phone number listed at the reception. The person who answered expressed his displeasure with my presence there, arguing (first) that he had no record of my arrival and that he needed twenty minutes to get there as he was busy with another matter (to which I responded that there was no problem in waiting). It was at the moment we met that he was more upset about my unexpected appearance. Some of the arguments I had to hear from him were that 'things are not done this way; showing up at odd hours and only for one night... That it was closed because it is not a hotel reception... That only for 20€ (the price for one night) it was a hassle for the person in charge of cleaning, given that all the cabins were already reserved for the following night (the Vuelta was passing through there)... That if, having checked that just that night the accommodation did not appear on Booking, it was obvious that it meant it was not available (I know this is not the case, because there are accommodations that only list some of their stays on Booking, not all, and when a responsible person contacted by the phone number provided on their website has given me consent to stay even if just for one night (Booking also offered stays of one night). I do not set the prices. I do not set the minimum duration of the stay either. The interpretations of how Booking works do not belong to me either. I simply rely on what I am offered and allowed over the phone (by a very polite person, I reiterate). In short: I was perplexed by the welcome, outraged by the treatment, and uneasy about the stay. I had never almost felt guilty just for wanting to stay in a place. I just want to make this clear to show that people (both customers and owners or hosts of an accommodation, who also sometimes receive their share) deserve a dignified and a bit more humane treatment. The last night of my trip in that little cabin that I wanted to know for future excursions to Laciana (either personally or with the mountain club I sporadically participate in proposing excursions) left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Sorry for extending so much, such was the indignation. Best regards and thank you for allowing me to express my opinion. I hope it serves for reflection.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for the most essential part of nature, with no other ambition, this is your place! Unbeatable location in a dreamlike forest environment. I don't understand the negative comments; perhaps they don't know what a 'camping' is. I was treated excellently, and I will return every time I can.

Fantastic experience: We went canyoning with Iván and Paco and it was a highly recommended experience. The river is beautiful, there is a jump, a zipline, and several slides. They were very attentive to safety at all times. A very fun activity in a wonderful setting.

Negative experience: We booked a wooden cabin for 3. First of all, there was no cleanliness: bathrooms and showers were dirty, sinks had no hot water. On the reservation for 4 nights on the establishment's own website, it indicated free activities that we booked and when we arrived, it was not correct so we could not do the activities. On the other hand, there were three of us and the chairs were old promotional ones and only 2, when we asked for the third one, they gave us a different one. The wooden cabins were very neglected with a tin roof. The attitude of the responsible person was very arrogant after the reservation did not match what they offered. When we mentioned the problem with the prices on the website, they commented that it was 'obvious' that those prices were not realistic, calling us naive despite having already booked the activities, and that they had been trying to change them for 2 years without success. However, 10-20 minutes after we threatened them with a complaint, they changed the prices on the website. I recommend the natural environment and visiting it because it is currently an unknown place for tourism, but not this accommodation.

Fantastic experience: This campsite is located in a very underexploited valley, which is why it is home to one of the most important populations of Cantabrian capercaillie and a good number of Cantabrian brown bears. Thanks to the campsite worker, I was able to observe a specimen of Cantabrian bear. A beautiful place!

Fantastic experience: I traveled with my best friend and we stayed 4 days, very well welcomed by Paco who treated us almost like his daughters. He even did us the huge favor of taking us to some places in his car. A beautiful setting with many possibilities for routes and activities at the hostel itself. Cozy cabin, quite a few bugs but nothing that a good bug repellent couldn't solve. We had a very pleasant experience and we hope to come back soon. :)

Positive experience: The camping site is quite rundown, the cafeteria is closed, the bathrooms are very old, and the cabins have broken beds and curtains... I only recommend it if you are looking for something cheap to spend the night without great expectations.

The location is very good for doing a thousand things: hiking, biking, gastronomy, birdwatching, bear hunting... Laciana is still unexplored and the people are lovely. Fantastic experience: Great experience! We rented bikes and had a very pleasant ride! Paco treated us phenomenally and we couldn't recommend him more, he has more activities like canyoneering or kayaking that we will definitely try.

Negative experience: We went as a group of friends to stay overnight since we were visiting that mountainous area at the end of October. From the very first moment, the staff member (a man) who attended us, first by phone, had a very disrespectful and unpleasant attitude, and it was the same in person on multiple occasions. The rooms were dirty and had dead (and live) bugs between the sheets. Overall, it was quite unpleasant.

Fantastic experience: A 5-minute walk from a fairy tale village. 10 minutes by car from a ski slope. Beautiful, very clean camping. Heating always on. Our pets were very well accepted. ✅️ Last but not least, the attention from the manager was excellent. 100% recommended.

Negative experience: I am posting this review because I am outraged by the facilities and the food. The beds were very small, the water was not hot enough, and there were lamps taped to the wall. The food, which could be improved a lot, was terrible, and in the cafeteria, they also did not have change; you could only buy water as they did not sell CocaCola despite it being in the fridge. I would like to return if the facilities allowed me to, as the place is beautiful. I hope this review is helpful so you don't end up in this hell. Oh, I almost forgot that I found a human hair in the lentils. The only good thing for me was that the heating was excellent, and it was very comfortable if it weren't for the facilities. Oh, I forgot again that one of the showers in the hostel was out of service.

Fantastic experience: We stayed for 2 days and one night and it was great!!!! Views of the mountain and close to the ski station. The service from the receptionist was top-notch, a very professional and friendly person! The cabins are equipped with everything you need including heating so you won't be cold, and all this at a very low price. We will definitely return!

Negative experience: I was at the hostel and I found everything to be in very poor condition, they didn't have hot water and the food was terrible. We ordered hamburgers, although I thought it was plastic. They refused to sell me a Coca-Cola even though they had some.

Fantastic experience: We went as a group of friends to spend the long weekend. It was a total hit, the campsite is beautiful and located in the middle of nature. We stayed in one of the cabins and slept really well and very warm. The owner, Paco, was super attentive and caring, I recommend it 100%... We will return in the summer to do some adventure activities.

We have already been there two summers and will definitely return.

Negative experience: A deplorable campsite, without shade, on the roadside, poorly located, it's a disaster, I do not recommend it.

Positive experience: One of the most important things, in my opinion, about a campsite is the cleanliness of the facilities. Unfortunately, we encountered very dirty bathrooms and showers, as well as the laundry area. It needs a deep clean. It's a pity because the location is privileged, they offer many activities, a good breakfast... and above all, I want to highlight the attention received from Paco. Always available, attentive, and friendly. We will return to do some of the activities they offer, but as long as the facilities remain in that state, we won’t be sleeping there.

Positive experience: Nice and cozy camping. In the surroundings of Villablino. On foot, we walked +/- 1km to reach the town center. Hot water at all times and friendly staff, always helpful. They have a varied breakfast and it is possible to book dinner. The only issue was the bathroom door which didn’t close properly and it was necessary to lift the room door slightly to open and close it. Other than that, spotless.

Fantastic experience: Una pasada de sitio en medio de la naturaleza, Paco un tipo encantador. Las cabañas están muy bien así como las instalaciones. Sitio muy tranquilo para disfrutar de la naturaleza y desconectar. Sitio ideal para los nenes donde disfrutan mucho además de no haber ningún peligro. Alrededores preciosos, muchos sitios por donde caminar y hacer senderismo, varias rutas sencillas para los pequeños. Un sitio de 10!

Fantastic experience: Maravilloso fin de semana en familia. Estuvimos en una cabaña 2 adultos y una niña de año y medio. Nos gustaría mucho repetir. El entorno genial y las cabañas bien. Calefacción todo el día y agua caliente en las duchas bien.

Positive experience: Las habitaciones del edificio, para 6/8 personas son adecuadas para grupos de niños, pero para adultos demasiado básicas, colchones malos, un solo baño y con poco espacio. El menú para grupos es adecuado para niños, no recomendable para grupos de adultos por su baja calidad. El personal muy agradable. El enclave estupendo. Los guías para las actividades son fantásticos.

Positive experience: Tanto la cabaña como las instalaciones comunes necesitan una buena reforma. Sin duda merece la pena volver por el entorno y el maravilloso trato del personal del camping, en concreto Jessica, Anita y María.

Fantastic experience: Hemos estado 10 personas en las cabañas de este camping. Buena calefacción, camas limpias y buen precio. Los baños también limpios, con calefacción y agua caliente. Hemos estado muy a gusto, sin ningún tipo de problema. Y para acabar hemos recibido un trato muy amable y bueno, desde luego que volveremos a este camping.

Positive experience: Estuvimos en un bungalow una pareja y un niño. Tenía una litera de dos camas y otra cama individual, o sea, son pequeños, solo para dormir. La ubicación es muy buena para ir a la estación de esquí. Y las vistas desde la terracita eran espectaculares.

Positive experience: Camping bien ubicado para esquiar en Leitariegos. Supermercados y restaurantes cerca. Alquilamos un bongalow para 6 personas. No tenía baño ni cocina, únicamente 3 literas y alguna estanteria para dejar las pertenencias. Sólo había un enchufe en el bungalow, necesario para conectar el radiador. Las condiciones de limpieza son mejorables. Los baños y duchas compartidas cumplen su función. Buena atención, asesoramiento y servicio de desayuno.

Fantastic experience: Super detallistas. Reservamos habitación y estuvieron muy pendientes de que todo estuviera bien. Sobre todo con los niños. Buen desayuno (sencillo pero rico) y una buena cena . Negative experience: Experiencia muy negativa, desconozco como será en las cabañas pero en el albergue la limpieza y el estado de las habitaciones dejaba mucho que desear, desayuno intragable con "zumo" de polvos tang y una unidad de magdalena con un pedazo de pan baguette. Cena intragable, comida basura de la peor calidad y en un estado sospechosamente pasado. El personal amable.

Negative experience: La peor experiencia de mi vida! Suena bien ir a unas cabañas en la nieve, lo que no suena tan bien es que las puertas tiene un dedo de olgura por arriba y otro por abajo, que el único mini radiador que hay para calentar eso no supera los 17 grados. Fuimos una pareja y dormimos (por decir algo) más bien pasamos la noche los dos en una cama de 90 con 4 mantas y dos colchas, muertos de frío. Ala mañana marcaba 4grados allí dentro. Es inhumano que tengamos que pagar por una estancia en un lugar así, es vergonzoso. Por no hablar de las duchas, en las que sale el agua tirando a fría, y sin opción de regulación, sucias y descuidadas. Nos prestaron unas toallas que también daban bastante pena, estaban quemadas y muy descuidadas. Sin hablar de los colchones claro! Deben llevar allí 100 años, se clavan todos los muelles, in comodisimo y muy viejos. Vamos en general muy muy mala experiencia.

Estamos encantado de haber descubierto el valle de Laciana y de, después de disfrutar de todo el día sin parar, llegar al càmping y encontrarte uns cabañita de ensueño calentita y preciosa. Fantastic experience: Un lugar maravilloso, no solo por la localización, que es una pasada, sino por todo: El trato, la limpieza, las medidas covid, TO - DO. Desde el minuto uno nos han tratado con mogollón de cercanía. Mis enanos encantados, de hecho el pequeño se puso súper triste al saber que no dormiríamos una noche más "En la campaña". Para volver una y mil veces, una pena que solo fuese una noche, porq nos hemos vuelto a Galicia con ganas de quedarnos!

Nosotros estuvimos en las cabañas con nuestras mascotas y fue una experiencia genial, a pesar del frío que hacía fuera dentro con la calefacción se estaba estupendamente. Fantastic experience: Nuestra estancia en el camping ha sido excelente, el enclave donde está situado es espectacular así como las vistas y la tranquilidad que ofrece. Queremos mencionar las múltiples actividades que se nos han ofrecido en este entorno natural: rutas con bici, barranquismo, piragüismo etcétera (todas cuentan con excelente equipamiento y monitores muy profesionales). Pero sin duda, nos gustaría destacar la atención tan buena y constante que hemos recibido por parte de los trabajadores que hay allí (Paco y Rebeca).

Fantastic experience: Mil gracias a Paco y a Rebeca que nos han hecho sentir cómo si fuéramos de casa. Dos trabajadores del camping maravillosos que todo se les hace poco para que la estancia sea genial. Nuestro perro también fue más que bien recibido. Volveremos siempre que podamos!!

Fantastic experience: Mi hija y yo hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en Laciana Natura. El trato de Paco ha sido impecable, increíble su profesionalidad y trato siempre con cercanía, calma y amabilidad. La cabaña tal y como la reservamos. Buena página web. El entorno increíble, nos han faltado días para visitarlo todo.

Fantastic experience: Estuve con mi madre en Semana Santa y nos encanto. Esta rideado de naturaleza y hay un monton de rutas para hacer alrededor. Las cabañas estan equipadas con todo lo necesario. Y Paco es superamable, de hecho nos fue a buscar al pueblo en coche el primer dia porque llegamos en autobus. Gracias!! Aunque el pueblo esta cerquita andando (unos 20 minutos). Lo recomiendo para unos dias de descanso y naturaleza.

Fantastic experience: 5 Estrellas para éste excelente sitio. Baños muy limpios con agua caliente y calefacción. Cabañas muy acogedoras con vistas espectaculares y a 15 minutos de las pistas de esquí de leitariegos. De fácil acceso y con excelente atención de parte de Paco. Sin duda volveré!!!.

Fantastic experience: Hemos estado 4 días con dos perretes en una cabaña de madera , que decir como positivo : el trato tan cercano de PACO Y TODO EL PERSONAL , ha sido de 11 , ninguna queja por nada , todo soluciones y facilitar las cosas ... sin duda volveremos

Fantastic experience: El camping está genial. Las cabañas están bien aisladas, siendo octubre en el sitio que está no hemos pasado nada de frío. Tanto las cabañas como los baños muy limpios y la ducha con agua caliente y presión (algo que no es fácil encontrar en un camping). El camping está a las afueras del pueblo por lo que puedes desconectar perfectamente, pero en 5 minutos de coche (o 15 andando por una vía verde) llegas a Villablino que tiene de todo. Tengo que destacar el trato de Paco que además de su amabilidad nos ha ido recomendando qué hacer o dónde ir según nuestros intereses. Merece la pena ir al camping y conocer toda la zona.

Fantastic experience: Camping muy cómodo para visitar la zona. Actualmente tienen una tarifa para autocaravanas que incluye la noche y el cambio de aguas (sin usar los baños del camping) por 12€. Las parcelas son amplias y con césped. Paco es muy amable y se nota que disfruta de lo que hace, os asesorará sobre rutas de senderismo y de bici, además ofertan actividades de turismo activo. Muy recomendable. Volveremos seguro.

Fantastic experience: Espacio ideal para pasar unos días de desconexion. Ofrecen muchas actividades para los más peques. Un entorno natural precioso y caminatas que merecen la pena. Un trato excelente por parte del dueño, siempre muy atento de lo que necesitáramos. Desayuno buffet por 4€. Sin duda repetiremos y recomendaremos.

Fantastic experience: El camping de Villablino es un sitio con mucho encanto y unas vistas espectaculares! Ademas se pueden hacer un monton de actividades por la zona. Los propietarios son encantadores y muy atentos con todo!!! Si no tienes planes este verano no dudes en hacer alguna actividad con ellos!! :)
