Beatriz Sensat y Marisa Torres son amigas desde hace años. Juntas han adquirido una enorme experiencia vendiendo casas de lujo y en el año 2016 decidieron fundar una empresa para poder hacer lo que más saben y más les gusta. Lo que más saben y más les gusta es vender casas y la empresa se llama BestMaresme. La casualidad, o no, quiso que las iniciales del nombre de la empresa que fundaron coincidieran con las suyas. B de Best y de Beatriz, y M de Maresme y de Marisa. Y ambas llevan con mucho orgullo haber nacido en esta bella comarca ubicada al norte de la ciudad de Barcelona y bañada en su totalidad por las aguas del mar Mediterráneo. No es extraño pues que su objetivo sea vender casas de lujo en el Maresme.
No, en absoluto, la hemos reafirmado. Hace unos años pensábamos que la comarca del Maresme era el mejor lugar para vivir, criar a nuestros hijos en un área residencial saludable, lejos de la contaminación. Ahora, años después, estamos absolutamente convencidas de ello y lo estamos por experiencia propia. Hemos comprobado que cerca de Barcelona no existe un lugar que ofrezca mayor calidad de vida, con extensas zonas verdes. Toda la Serralada del Litoral es un auténtico lujo, un pulmón verde en el que pasear, ir en bici y contactar con la naturaleza. Una comarca recorrida por unas playas larguísimas y familiares, con encantadores restaurantes, donde ir a tomar unas sencillas sardinas a la plancha se convierte en un verdadero placer.
Exactamente. Por eso apostamos por El Maresme en su momento. Y porqué aquí hay numerosos pequeños y adorables pueblecitos con magníficas propiedades, viviendas con jardín, piscina, vistas, en áreas residenciales tranquilas que los vecinos han ido convirtiendo en primera residencia. En esta comarca disfrutamos también con excelentes puertos deportivos y fantásticas instalaciones deportivas que incluyen campos de golf. En definitiva porqué es un área con todos los servicios imaginables y está excelentemente comunicada con la ciudad de Barcelona.

Nuestras casas acostumbran a tener mucho estilo, la gran mayoría tienen una fuerte influencia mediterránea. Aunque cada vez más hay una tendencia a construir casas minimalistas con grandes ventanales en las que los magníficos paisajes de la zona se incorporan como un elemento más al interior de la vivienda. Y en BestMaresme siempre tenemos un especial cuidado en que los precios sean adecuados al mercado, que sean realistas.
¡Bueno, BestMaresme no ha descubierto América! Piensa que es un área donde hace muchos siglos ya se establecieron los iberos o los romanos. Es una comarca bañada por el Mediterráneo que discurre entre suaves colinas, con un microclima conocido en toda Catalunya. Muchas familias de la burguesía catalana apostaron por esta zona para construir sus grandes mansiones en fincas extensas. Levantaron casas de ensueño en las que la familia se alojaba los tres meses de verano con el servicio, compitiendo entre ellas para ver quien organizaba la fiesta de verano más sonada. De acuerdo que eran otros tiempos, pero las bondades del Maresme siguen siendo las mismas y la comarca sigue gozando de una calidad de vida insuperable.
