Fantastic experience: At first, it was difficult for me to get used to them as it is a very family-oriented real estate agency with only two girls, and it was also the beginning of September, which we all know is a busy time. Regarding the service, it was phenomenal; one girl was very nice and informed me about all the questions I had in mind.

Negative experience: I have been trying to arrange a viewing for an apartment since last Friday, and either they don’t answer or they can’t attend to you at that moment and tell you to call back, but that's not all, I haven't received any response to the chats either. I hope the owner of the apartment doesn’t know how poorly managed it is; no wonder they don’t sell.

Negative experience: We had agreed to meet at 6 PM to visit the house and they left us at the door because there was another client waiting. We were outside in the sun for over half an hour, and I think they could have avoided this. The owner of the real estate agency is not to blame; I want to make that clear.

Negative experience: Te lo vende todo muy bonito como comercial que es... Pero una vez has firmado el contrato,y ha cobrado su comisión (por cierto cobra por ambas partes) Se desentiende de todo y no quiere volver a saber, y ni que la molestes, la verdad es k la experiencia ha sido muuuuy Mala, y le pongo una estrella. Pork sino no puedo valorar. Pero sería de ponerle - 5
